Re-Introduction!

Since I have been away for so many months, I thought I would do a reintroduction! I was away - on the East Coast with my terminally ill father. I think in some of my last posts I mentioned my father was dying and I had to get home....I'm back! Will probably post just a little because I have so much to do! I have received a couple of orders from Ali since being back but I would have to "dig for the dates." So, I will start fresh......

I hope this has a different ending of course but I remember when old English Actor actor David Niven died with his whole family around him he raised up his arms and gave a thumbs up! Just so cool.

No matter what you say, a family members death should never be described as being "cool".

There was nothing 'cool' about my recent father's passing, in fact it was quite the opposite.

Sometimes, if you're not sure what to say, it's best to say nothing at all.

I'm really sorry for your the loss of your father, Jules.

It's been two weeks for me and I'm still shedding tears every day. Hope you're alright. They all say time heals everything. Not so sure about that, myself.

I have lost my mother, mother in law and sister within the last 13 months. I feel your pain. In my case it is very hard being the rock of the family. Sometimes I want to crawl up in a corner and wish it all away. Keep your head up.
