Repeat scans, now delayed

Le sigh. Any input would be appreciated. 

I sent a CIM donation which went to a regional facility out of state. The package proceeded to be scanned repeatedly as "departed XYZ facility" and in transit to correct destination. It was scanned as departing said facility 4 different times, each erasing the previous scan time. Letter was to be delivered yesterday, and was updated this morning as being delayed, with the most current scan as having departed the facility over 12 hours ago. 

I'm beginning to worry this donation is gone, and my vitamins are running low, and won't have more donation funds for a couple weeks now. This is so frustrating, of all packages to lose...
