I have returned after a distressful surgery ,total r. knee replacement . Avoid this if at all possible. Nice to be back .

 
I fear my R knee is going!! The nonstop clicking I, and everyone else near me, can hear every time I bend it!

How's the pain?

 
Meowtown, I have 10 years of experience with knee issues and surgeries. Bike stationary or otherwise are best for strength and mobility. Scope of the joint will help.
