Just to update, I did receive the package, although the quality was off..I contacted rhodium and he got back to me to let me know that he had received another complaint about that batch, so he was going to offer a replacement.
I haven't heard back about the replacement, but I feel that I can trust this vendor.
I did notice that there was a sale running at the time of the transaction, but I was unaware, and since I did not know, I did not mention it and it was not automatically applied. Just thought I would point that out so that people know they need to specify, and that is a good idea to double check before completion to ensure you're getting the best deal.
I will note that I had some issues on my end and rhodium was quite accommodating, and this may be why I did not receive the deal. I have not brought it up yet with rhodium, So I have no clue if the sale not being applied was due to me not mentioning it or other reasons.

Overall, I would certainly trust this vendor again, the only thing I would say is just to know that you may go a few days without a response here and there, but other than that, everything has been fine!
