Ok so further updates & explanations:
Me and shipper have been completely overwhelmed with order volume. I literally can’t reply to emails some days. We had a backlog of about 30 orders. Everyone who was affected has been contacted and provided with a tracking number to show the product has now shipped.
Steps I’ve taken to resolve this:
-Addressed emails
-Hired a new shipper
-Hired new accountant
-Cleared backlog of orders and almost all emails
-Stressed out
-Got more stressed out
-Addressed emails
Give me a few more days to get back to normal please.
