the value loss of capsulated text makes it so unattractive to me. wish had smaller amounts but i totally get it.

esp rn vendors making bank with forms that are by a very wide margin more profitable. the math makes me sad.

Supply and demand (very few if any legit pellet vendors on clearweb) + extreme personal risk to freedom is the equation I run. It has to be worth it for the risk and I am very open that my margins are good. I understand where you are coming from but if its not for you there are a lot of vendors that provide the same products in different forms at various prices so its all good! On a MG per MG basis we are actually not much more expensive than the big 3 solution websites and we are cheaper than our biggest pellet competitor who has a lot of mixed reviews.

Even with this $100 minimum order and a team of people it is still a job that takes every single person involved all day to manage with no days off, 7 days a week. Anyone whos emailed me will tell you my response time is faster than any other vendor, period. As well as the amount of orders we get get shipped out in a timely manner, it costs money to run things like this.

i totally get where you come from and the reasoning. better margins. also totally understand the tax from putting self out there. (we always said "you dont commit fe10n1e$ for free" {not implying you are commiting any, just reminded me of the saying}]

in terms in finding stuff in powder form i've had trouble finding anything worthwhile to read is e*iz***2

i have same gripes about solutions except i think with a solution there are ways to check to quality. but, again, major value loss vs powder.

placed my order last wednesday and received it last saturday. awesome shipping speed also got tracking for my order the next day after placing it without even asking for it, which is a huge plus to me!!

my research with Ods has been very successful and would definitely order again.

Just received my order today. My tracking was given very quickly. The postal service took forever and there was Memorial Day as well. Nothing he could control on his end. Everything was correct and rift was quick to reply. Very responsive and formal which I like.

Shipping: 12/10, less than a week (including him allowing me to add to the order after I’d already placed it)

Communication: 11/10 Lovely to communicate with, nice, (seems to) care which means a lot, willing to work with people and always a pleasant experience

Quality: 11/10 smacking reading material

Overall: 11/10 I look forward to more business and future orders, I hope he’s around a white.

Just got some mags today. A little mix up but rift got it covered. I will say this, I think I prefer the Nit mag. over clo ‘n bro. That one is either chill or . Nit is more balanced imo but the factor that everyone is different makes this kinda only valuable for me. Take with a grain of salt cause the clo and bro mag is still an awesome read. Thanks Rift for reliably in a unreliable market compared to 2015 when I got into RC mags. Means a lot dude. Hope to work with ya for a long time.

Just want everyone to know I do not want to have these high minimum order amounts, I want new people to feel comfortable trying me out. The 3 day USPS holiday was by far the busiest 3 day period on the site and I need to ensure I can continue to get packs out in a timeliny manner (sadly this weekends + monday stuff will take till tuesday 11/13 to completely go out. Half were shipped today) and I can continue to respond to emails in a timely manner. I counted 40+ emails since this morning and that's pretty constant every day and I believe I respond in a fair amount of time with that considered.

Wall of text but I do appreciate all of the business and I understand how the high minimums look. Unfortunately the solution is to raise minimums or go out of stock halfway through the day and both have their downsides.

I am starting to believe that you @HendrixSin are a plant and are trying to disrupt this vendor's business. Shit, you shoqed up in this thread like a week after becoming a member and all you do is ask stupid questions and unreasonable expectations. Then when you got an answer promptly, because this community is the shit you went and questioned it.... LOL. If you are so great and have been in this game so long then put your money where your mouth is and you can write the Bible of reviews yourself. You certainly have the preaching part down. Sorry for speaking out of turn @RiftChems but I would find no issues or have any suspicions if you just ignored this guy going forward. And @HendrixSin I am not a plant for anyone I just think you have exhausted your welcome to those of us that have ordered and provided fair and honest reviews. Rift has been more than patient with you, but mine is wearing thin.

Hi guys just a heads up on where we are shipping wise:

All orders from sat-monday (nov9-11) have been dropped off since yesterday. Expect the ones dropped off in yesterdays batch to update sometime today.

All orders with tracking given on tuesday(nov12)-Today(thursday nov 14th) are being dropped in batches today/tomorrow/saturday and then next week we will hopefully be back on a 24 hour shipping schedule since we raised our minimum and are doing more manageable volume now.

We are shipping daily but all orders are going out within 48 hours right now instead of 24 due to the holiday weekend backlog we had to catch up on before we raised our minimum.
