I forgot to specify that my previous msg was directed @JuanCheese, my bad! I've seen one or two other profiles whose donation level should have allowed me to DM them as well but, like the Cheese, they stand alone.

It's had me curious if there is a way to intentionally disable the option to be DM-able, and I asked JC on impulse, as I was wondering if he knew the secret.

Thought it might be worth knowing in case I ever need to for some reason (spammers/stalkers/who knows).

Not to speak for the man, but in my experience it can take a while (>36hrs I think, I haven't timed it) for orders to show in the carrier system but, I think confirmation emails are usually in my inbox pretty fast. Check your spam box, I had to the first time.

Don't fret, he's legit and will respond to you if you need to email him (be sure to use the proton address, that confused me once too). But check spam 1st if email is your concern, and have patience with carrier system if it's that.

I'm literally going to place an order now and I will post back if I see the confirmation email right away, I don't usually pay attention as I always get my orders but I'll help if I can (Rift, I hope you don't mind me assisting like this? If I'm out of line just let me know! Just trying to put a new customer at ease and save you more work if I can)

Well, for what it's worth I've just experienced the first failed attempt at the payment processing process detecting my payment during checkout. Not sure if that's what happened to you or not but, if so you're not alone

If you followed the instructions I would not worry. I hit the link and already got a confirmation from the processor that the payment went thru and screenshotted it etc.

Email Rift at his proton address if you have any concerns, he's a busy man but he will get back to you and you will be taken care of, dude runs a smooth operation despite technology "making life easier" from time to time

As long as you have your transaction hash TXID thingy you're good, I think he prefers email to the forum for these things so I'd message him there with the details of your situation and he'll get back to you, pretty sure he's stated he checks daily

Do check your spam folder first though!

Also: Our new tablets are smaller size for now until we get a new die for our press. Our bigger one chipped so all we have for now is this one that makes smaller tablets. Regardless dosing in the smaller tablets will still be the same as the larger ones as we increased the amount of product in our mix to make up for the size.

Hey guys! Anyone who doesnt have a tracking number will have one later today in a few hours. I had a very minor surgery done yesterday and thought id be able to do it after the surgery, but today I am feeling normal and operations will continue as usual. It's been 5 days and I haven't received any updates. I placed order on Friday morning and did not receive the initial email and no response to the email I sent the other day. Did I somehow get lost in the mix lol

I placed some orders, all confirmed, tracking provided by @RiftChems but still in pre-shipment and no movement yet. Dropped around $300-$400 which is a LOT for me so I took a decent gamble but am starting to become a bit concerned. Seeing Rift moved to this part of the site is reassuring, however.

• Shipping times can vary based on your location within the United States, but typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment."

Unless movement is seen today, the guarantee (or whatever you want to refer to it as) will not come to fruition.

I don't have any issues with shipping/processing times, so long as the vendor is upfront and honest about the timeframe. I would wait 2 months (and have!!) on an order, cause I knew the vendor's stated timeframe was reliable.

I also understand shipping times vary once the pack is in USPS possession. However, after 5 days, it would seem that is not the case with my order yet (5 days ago.)

I really want you to succeed here @RiftChems!! As with anyone providing the community with these coveted services. And I wanna do that by posting GLOWING reviews of your service. Hell it seems like you are in a position on this site that a very rare few achieve from what it loks like to me. But I also call it as I see it and the processing time seems excessive at this stage.

Hoping to see some movement soon and will update if/when that occurs!

Yeah I believe that's why he says "typically". Because right now isn't a typical time. I've had 3 different packages these past 2 weeks sit then bounce around the country. 2 of them took over 10 days to arrive and the other is still stuck at accepted on Jan 22nd and is supposed to be in transit. But it's been 14 days now and I still haven't gotten. These aren't packages from him either. I've never seen the four letter shipping service so bad right now. It's terrible. I think it was better during Christmas lol.

Just a heads up to everyone: our tablets are currently smaller while we wait for a new die piece for our machine. We will be making nicer flat round tablets with a score down the middle once that arrives.

For now the pellets are half the weight of the larger ones, so we doubled the amount of active ingredient in the tablet mix so that they stay the same dosage despite being smaller.

Wow, I think one of our competitors must be losing a lot of customers due to quality complaints because we are smacked with orders. Might have to raise the minimum again soon so that orders can go out in a timelier fashion. Was trying to allow for more new people to try us but its just not sustainable.

Pyrazolam I am praying it comes soon. Its the third and last package that I bought from that supplier for a few chems. The other two have landed recently and this is the last one im waiting on so fingers crossed!

Also raised minimum to $150 because my shipping times are slipping due to too many orders.
