I was told on December 4th that half my order was “shipping from cali today” it’s now December 26th and I’ve reached out mutiple times with no answer. Starting to feel like it’s not coming as we near 1 month.

If someone wants to and has the time to notify them? I would appreciate it and I'm sure many others would. Explaining it's not just that you're mad or it's a one off, but if they are aware and if not to check out this forum and they will see what's going on .

Yeah dude, something about how the website keeps getting updated with something saying that emails are going to be answered that day and TN's are going to be added and missing 0rders are going to be filled, but yet the majority of people are still waiting (for not even an 0rder, but a response lol)? Something feels weird here, maybe it's not the end, but it doesn't feel transparent.

Maybe I am wrong here? Can anyone vouch for communication of some sort in the past month, or few weeks that is not automated? I would love to be wrong here...
 
@rift alotta people have you money let’s get some comms about it! You’re supposedly the man! Happy holidays hope you’re just having some time off. But placed an order as well with no reply/nothing tracking yet. A lot of us can’t afford to not get what was subscribed too to read…

Still haven’t gotten a reply at all from Rift for an order placed a few weeks ago now. No information or communication at all, not even here, yet their website is still being updated actively as someone else mentioned. Have no idea what’s going on with my order or if I’ll even receive it at this point, though I hope everyone eventually receives their orders, will wait and see..

I’ve sent 2 emails and privately DM’d. I'm confident there's just some kind of accident and Rift is just away. Sucks but I don't suspect anything malicious given he is still sending product out. Dudes human all you can do is wait for him to correct.
 
Rift was great at first then happily took my money for items not in stock without being designated as such. Order numbers became so confused I put in me ones to clear it up. When told the out of stock situation, I offered to take other items in exchange. I might not have been completely polite, but not obscenely offensive either. Rift is enjoying $1K of my money, and I'm not happy, but mostly want to protect others. They have completely ghosted me her have the utter gall to send me admin ads stil! Appalling!

Accident seriously? He updated his site a day ago, so it's not like he got run over by a damned old train and on his deathbed. The dude just doesn't check his emails.
The extra freebies are nice after a month sitting but the waiting time for domestic is ridiculous.
Get it together Rift!

Thanks @RedMan39, I guess that gives me some hope? I honestly don't know but it is better than nothing lol. @ftvibrations, did you ever get your 0DeeEs magazine? Back in November that's what I tried to get and I was also told it would ship seperate from my other magazine I got.
 
lol man I bought at the wrong time reminds me of absolute I trusted him so much if I was in a bind I would just order without checking here first we’ll I did the same thing with rift on Christmas because he was always so reliable. I really hope he comes through

That’s not new. I got that all the way back on December 6th when I emailed that email. There’s 2 emails I think that one is an old now defunct one. Nothing to alarm people about
