That one can be the dagger. Anyways, this forum is for reviews and quick questions so people don't have to scroll through all this to get to reviews. I don't knnow what the appropriate forum should be. @2earls @DoomKitty?

It's always a slippery slope posting about vendor silence as 98% of the time it is unnecessary and the member apologizes profusely (or asks us to delete their comments) about being anxious once their pack arrives safely.   This is a new vendor so it is ok, though It doesn't need to get cluttered with side-thought posts as that adds little (except to others panic) and can lend to confusion, and the arguing is unnecessary.  Hopefully people aren't sending tons of emails and are keeping them as calm as possible.  The case with the other vendor who left the forum not only involved people sending hundreds of panic emails but also members threatening the vendor.  If anyone is doing that with this vendor and we find out they will be banned immediately.  

 If you haven't posted and wish to post about your owed order, can you please just state clearly that you are owed an order and how many days since last contact? This way it's clearer for others.  It's difficult to figure out who is owed an order, who just wants to make an order, and who just wants to argue.  From what I'm gathering the last people have heard from him is 2 days ago, though he has also gone silent on people who've paid as far back as Saturday?   He hasn't logged in here since Friday.  I'm assuming everyone was expecting overnight hence the panic. 

 Hopefully this is just a minor hiccup and the vendor will be back shortly.   If/when this vendor comes back i will clean up the thread except for the pertinent posts about delayed orders.  Feel free to PM me if you have questions/concerns or things we should know that you don't want to post publicly.  Thanks everyone.

@PCowangunga& @Nitetrain when I ordered Sunday, he emailed me twice within 30 min asking for payment. I was out and hadn’t had a chance to send yet and thought it was odd, usually vendors ask once.
If he wasn’t a “reputable” source on here, that would have been a red flag. It kind of was anyways, but like I said, I trusted the source so I went ahead. I actually assumed it was because of his dedication to get orders out so quickly based on previous reviews. Still silence, will update if/when I hear back. 

 
I was owed 2 orders.. I shipped him something and he did recieve it so he was supposed to ship back this last Saturday (7/23) and as I had given him both tracking numbers the other one said it was supposed to arrive at his residence on Monday (7/25) and so he said he would be getting my second pack ready to ship as well. Promised tracking numbers for both and neither ever came :(

That's all I'll say for now. I won't post anymore on this thread unless it's some pertinent information. Thanks everyone and have a good day👍

 
Last contact 4 days ago early Sunday morning to say he received funds. Express ship not ON.

Silence since he received funds.

I was in error when I said he contacted me early Monday…it was  Sunday. Have sent one email per day since.

Placed a substantial order Friday night, paid (including for overnight), and heard back almost immediately.

Silence since then. This order is related to 2 new products Rocket was offering.

Fingers crossed. I hope this isn't going to be, umm, "Top Gun 2."

 
@Flavamcd  When did you order and when did you receive?  Curious, as I'm counting at least 8 outstanding orders, some of which are quite large.

 
Updating the group. I placed a large order mid to late last week. Was supposed to ship latest 2 days ago. All communication stopped 4 days ago. I would be a little weary right now, until it looks like communication has been restored.

Would be very weary of this seller hasn’t responded at all through all of this… seems extremely shady!!

 
Yup. Bad experience all around. Took my money and made an excuse to why he can't ship it. They offered a refund(still never was given one) but when I replied, they stopped replying. No response in 5 days. So, no communication, lost my money and no products where shipped.

  9. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
