VENDOR IS SHORTING !
Decided to give ROI a shot as lots of positive reviews but I was left very disappointed in my experience.
ORDERED 2 MAGAZINES W/ ROIBUISNESS. Bought 14 of the Md magazines and 14 of K magazines totaling nearly 500. So far I’ve only received the Md and it’s short 10 magazines. idk if this is a mistake or what so I reached out to ROI and gave prof and images to try to resolve this issue haven’t got an answer back. Figured I’d update thus far on my experience with him as I just opened it to review and weight it. (Still have not received 1 of them)

If he fixed this I’ll update upon resolution.

ROI answers me via email and says

“Here not any way send less amoun t of wriong item! As we check always few times before send.. And we not offer less of 14gr on this item, as you can see.
So less amount / wrong item attempts we not support here.

Please, check on your side and try again”

This does not make any sense what so ever. I JUST OPENED THE PACKAGE. I presented images, prof and everthing. I only received 4 of the 14 MD I ordered and im being told IM WRONG. Please try again like I can’t open a package from them and check quantity the quantity to verify I got what I ordered ?

After going back and forth with ROI he just claims it’s “impossible because we don’t sell less than x amount of product” which is such horse shit. I opened it, weighted it, it was incorrect so I reach out and I’m just told I’m wrong? It’s not possible for this to happen?? But it did and I gave plenty of evidence it did in fact happen.

You did tho??? I sent you prof, pictures, evidence that you 100% did but you keep saying the same thing over and over again “we don’t sell less than what we sent so not possible”. I know how to check something that looks like it’s short, I know how to open a magazine to check the weight of it and you fucked up and sent me 4 of the 14.
