I believe J has always treated me fairly and acted in good faith. There have been some mix-ups and such, but he has always made things right. Not to mention that, as a loyal customer, he has often thrown in extras and has never denied a request to sample something different. Overall, I would say I've come out ahead. There's no such thing as perfection, but I have no reason not to trust his intentions. I also realize that some things are outside of his control and that this business is inherently risky. My loyalty is not blind however, and like any other type of business, he'll have to keep earning my patronage.
Also, it should be said that, at the end of the day, getting weak meds, late deliveries, or even being flat out ripped off are the lesser of the possible risks.
