This is a site full of compassionate, intelligent, caring people.  If you read beforehand and do your research, you'll know the basics.  That's all they ask.

That people read threads, so same questions aren't repeated over and over by every new member.

Don't be afraid to post your questions or concerns because the community here isn't like that - members won't 'hate on you'. 

Mods are here to help you - and they are a great crew, too.  Any of them can help you.

All of us were new at one time and had to work through the process of learning basics with help of dbg members.. 

Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it or feel bad about it.  That's part of dbg's purpose - to inform, support, warn, and help protect members.

In no time, you'll feel comfortable, too.   Hang in there.

I have no idea where the 'on' came from in the 'Don't hate on me' phrase - possibly auto-correct since I sent it from my phone - but it is not my typical lingo. 

I feel like I already know so many of you because I have been reading these boards for so long - in my mind, we are all besties, you all just don't know it yet.  I've been through this site over and over again - and didn't want to post a question until I was positively sure that I wasn't able to find the answer elsewhere.  I know that you all are so helpful - and have so much knowledge that you willingly share with others - it's amazing.  Although, some of you can be a bit intimidating at times.  /default_smile.png
