What does "re Shill" refer to? 

Also, as to the vendor not replying as promptly as you'd like, take into account that you contacting him near the end of what may have been a busy week for him maybe has effected his time to reply. And beyond that, if you're not an already established client then perhaps you weren't rated overly high on his important to get back to list, as "true businessmen" generally see to preexisting clients and current business before looking to new stuff. It's also currently the weekend in NM, and many of the SY guys (rightfully so and as should we all) take weekends off, so be pleasantly surprised if he gets back to you at all on Sat or Sun.

Maybe try sending him another polite message near the beginning (Mon or Tues) of next week.

Yes, just received an overnight. He's good at those. A little bit of a stock mess-up, had to substitute one item for another. Worked out ok though. Can't beat the overnight, he's got that one down.

Have had another couple successful orders with J recently. I think most people don't want to use him because he has stock issues, but often he gets good stock but no one is aware of it because no one is in contact with him. He's an untapped resource. My main go to guy.

 
Another couple successful overnighters with J. Not sure why no one uses J. his communication is spot on, he overnights, his stock is semi-decent (I'm sure his stock issues is what keeps most away). J is a good vendor. Ill just keep posting. Alone. But he is as good as any of the others.

 
Good information.  I'm going to check the top of the tread for contact info.  I'm assuming the same still applies, meaning that contact info is correct?  How is his communication?  Prompt?  Also, if he does have stock issues, is he up front about them.  Just curious, Barada.  Thank you!

Okay so I got my order finally, and there are missing parts of the order. There are no zanny at all when I was supposed to get 30 real ones and there was only 12 rox that were a poor brand and not the brand I was told I'd get, and I was supposed to get 22 because he was late getting out my order and I said he could take his time with it and save some money.

I'm sure he will fix things, I just want to leave this here to make people notified. As soon as the mistake is resolved I will give Juan a 5/5 for everything and continue to use his service.

 
I'm getting very sick to my stomach and worried Juan seems like he is trying to scam me and I am just freaking out I don't know what to do. I need help. I am really freaking out here!

 
I know its frustrating.. But take a deep breath and calmly reply that, yes you received an order but it was incorrect.  Be as polite as can.

He is also trying to make sure he is not getting scammed.. Not that you would!  But there are people who have done it before. If you haven't taken the stuff out of the original package you could send a pic.. But guessing that probably isn't an option.   

Biggest suggestion.. Be polite and calm.  Good luck!

I knew I should have taken a video of me opening the package. I just knew it. I wish I did, but I am being honest here. He should be able to see in his stock, or make a call to the shipper guy or something to find  out!

I 100% did not get my proper order, and I swear my life on it. I swear by all that is good in the world!  I don't know what to do /default_sad.png. I feel like I'm screwed.
