OK, going to have to change my opinion on this vendor - Sent donation this AM, he replies an hour ago: "I check the payment and the reference say its wrong sorry i will have to cancel your order"

Nothing wrong on my end, followed his instructions to the letter, and donation indicates ready to be picked up, but after several queries as to what is wrong with the "reference" and no reply, I'm going to have to go retrieve my donation.  NOT a good experience.
OK, seems to be a trend with him. Found myself in the exact same situation recently with him. I double-checked everything to the T, nothing, not a thing wrong with the transfer. I let him know nothing was wrong with transfer and it was picked up the next AM, and was successful. Who knows? Its pretty annoying, but its worse when its picked up and they say its not. Then I have a problem.

 
Hey @Barada - PM'd you with what the possible cause might be, didn't want to throw it out here in the thread.  I'll run it by @2earls and @PTFC when I get a minute, and if they are OK with posting it in the general SY questions area, I'll put it there.

So, final results:

Delay from email issue, Shipped: 6/7

Received: 6/8

Not too shabby. All accounted for, all extremely fresh. Some smashed up from shipping, but nothing to concerning. Because of the delay, a little extra was included.

 I think Ill keep trying this vendor, hopefully it goes a little smoother next time (it really wasnt, unsmooth this time, just a minor delay).

Yeah, J seems to be kinda disorganized....I'm not real happy with my recent order with him, and it was my first order with him.  I had inquired a few times before about things, but either found a better deal, or he didn't respond to me until like days later.  

early 6/14 I send an email to a few vendors asking if they have any subway tokens, and addies

Get a response from J about 20 minutes before cutoff....but I am still able to get it in on time...he was out of tokens for the subway, but the addies were there, he said.  I sent donation, Placed order.

A few hours later I get the same as @Back2Good "Receiver cannot get payment, if I cannot get it in next 5 minutes  i will have to cancel your order"

I immediately send him an email back saying I will check it, but it shows fine all morning, and I asked him if it was possible that his gopher had reached his daily limit and if so, could he send me a new one so I could get it changed to the new one.  Emailed right after saying that there was no problem with the transfer....make sure he has correct numbers (included them again). and Also make sure receiver had not hit limit.  

......no response til that evening.  "I figured out what happen...the receiver reached their limit and could get no more donations.....can you please send it to ______?  I had to cancel your order for today, since we didn't get it on time"    

I was kinda perturbed because I had told him exactly what the problem most likely was (and turned out to be right)....and had offered to change it right then and there....and I had turned down some other vendors (some of my regulars who had it in stock) because of the free 2 day shipping on my first order and I am trying to diversify and try out vendors I haven't before.  Luckily it was not something I needed immediately....but still perturbed because I told him the issue, offered to fix it....and told him that if he had gotten back to me sooner, this delay could have been avoided. 

It's already evening...I verify that the receiver he gave me is still good for that evening....he says yes.  I go ahead and change things around so that the new gopher can get it.  They pick it up very soon that evening.   THEN he sends me an email late telling me that he went through all his addy stock for the day, and was hoping to get some tomorrow...but depends on suppliers and such...and that I should email him 20 minutes before cutoff in the morning to find out if he got it and will be able to fill order that day or if it will have to wait longer.  

Wed, 6/15  Now I am more than perturbed....He went and picked up my donation knowing he couldn't fill my order....instead of letting me know then and giving me the option to change things and go with a vendor who had my stuff in stock ....he took my money, knowing he did not have the stock to fill it...and not giving me the option to go elsewhere....he gave me the option of MAYBE he would get it....otherwise it would be delayed further...and it already being wednesday, me using 2 day, if it didn't come in that day, I'd be waiting til after the weekend.  I sent him that email before cutoff....of course he hadn't gotten it in stock.  I did not want to wait through the weekend, and explained why I was upset by the way things were handled...he basically told me he has a lot of emails he has to respond to one by one and that that's how it was.  I told him I was frustrated by the disorganization, the fact that he didn't seem to be reading our email thread at all....and instead of giving me the option to change my donation and get what I wanted...he went and got it knowing he couldn't deliver....that bothers me.  So I tell him to substitute BRAND name ritz crackers....not my ideal, but it would ensure I didn't have to wait through the weekend (I confirmed he had these in stock).  So he sends me an email back telling me he won't send the brand because I'd be short, and he'll be sending generic.  That is not ok....he offered me free 2 day shipping because it was my first order....which wouldn't leave me short....in fact, it would leave him owing me around 40 bucks...so he and I sent a few emails back and forth until he says he gets a lot of emails and forgot  it was my first order.  I then sent him an email saying if he absolutely HAD to send me generic....I would accept the following things that would add up to the additional 40 bucks that he could send along and substitute for not sending the brand....I was very flexible and gave him options, even though it was kinda screwing me.   So time passes...no response.....then he Finally emails me back and says he modified my order to send me the brand name Ritz crackers because he had forgotten again that this was my first order.  So great...this will work  It's not what I oroginally wanted, but at least we came to an agreement, and I'm not waiting SOME unknown amount of time for stock he doesn't know when he'll get it.  Later on that night (6/15) he sends me TN.  

6/17 eagle lands, letter arrives.  AND guess what?  ALL generics.  Not a single brand name ritz cracker in the whole lot.  All store brand...and There are some things I will ONLY get the brand name of.  So he didn't change the order and make sure I had all brand name ritz.  He shorted me by about $40 bucks, And has not responded to me yet about how we are going to fix this.  Needless to say, I'm very unhappy with this first order.  There was almost no attention paid to the details all along the way.  It was greedy to pick up the donation knowing he could not fill the order properly and not giving me the option to change it and get what I had originally intended.  He has no idea how long it would take him to get proper stock to fill my order the way it was supposed to be originally.  He owes me money because he sent me all generics.  I waited WAY too long for response emails that either didn't address what I asked/weren't read...or were just ignored.  I did't get what I ordered...I didn't get the proper replacement.  Every promise made to me was broken.  I've received no response yet as to what's going to be done, especially the additional money he owes me...now I know it's the weekend, so I'm not too worried yet....but I guess suffice to say, I have no been happy with my experience with this vendor. 

 
@painsuck  - Augh, those Tradea Ritz crackers are awful.  I feel your pain, my friend - I won't be using this vendor again, too many other options out there, and my SY has been doing a great job here lately.

I am having the exact same runaround as pain suck. Looking for the subway tickets and matches pain sucks story to a T. I still have nothing and now he can't even pick up the funds, and the worst part, communication has stopped.

I discovered them here about 2 months ago and have been using them every week to get genre!c r!tal1n and their service has been top notch and communication has been flawless. i'm not really sure how this site works completely but i wanted to throw in my two cents. are there other things in this "review" that you guys want to know about my service with them? they've been double AA+ so far!!

A couple of things, @painsuck - I'm with you 100% on the brand name Ritz crackers being the only acceptable ones - The Tradeas and the Psicofarmas give me gut aches.  That would have really ticked me off.  Second, since Addies (real ones, even), seem to be in good supply again, do you have a preferred brand?  I get the pink Corepharma because that's what I was dispensed at CVS (only at 20mg) before my Doc switched me to Ritz, but my guy also has Tevas (oval and dark orange, and peach and circular, both 30mg).  The CORs (pink CORs) work fine for me, but I see a lot of folks complaining about them lately.

Since I am going on vacation tomorrow, I decided to make double orders this week to make sure that I didn't end up in trouble.

Juan came through with a 2 day delivery of good quality meds. (So did my other order so I am quite happy!).

Juan appears to be doing the same delivery schedule as Diego or something similar and gave me a good deal on shipping, sent tn and delivery at the expected time. No complaints whatsoever :)

 
Regular customers probably received the same email as I, but for those that didn't, he is back to doing true overnight shipping again. Of course the cutoff time applies and 2 day is still an option.

But this is still good news for someone in a situation of desperation (which I would certainly avoid if at all possible ).

 
First time with J. 

Ordered and sent funds 9/19 before cutoff.

Received 9/20. 

Unusual looking m0rF33n (hot pink with N on one side and 30 on the other) but I tested it out (as in took one and it feels just like I took one of my reg ones--the purple 30's) and it's legit. A+++++++ for Juan! 

 
Phenomenal  service with Juan. I almost just want to keep him to myself and not even write this,   ;) .   TRUE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!  He has excellent communication and is super nice and polite compared to another vendor we all know.

I use to use him 3 years ago, until he ran out of my op4n4 and was awesome then but even better now. He wrote me every time that I wrote to him and helped me from ordering to assuring that it would be here when the tracking appeared to not be updating. Juan is THE MAN. My package even arrived with early morning shipping. I just woke up and heard the sound that I am sure we all know and LOVE, the sound of the truck engine pulling up to my home. I thought, No Way. Too early. There it was, the package on my porch. YAY!  It was even packed better than other vendors.   I had expressed how important delivery was as these are for  my wife's b-day and Juan came through. Shipping was just a little more than others but damn worth it. I even paid a whole dollar more for a tip, which I'm sure made all the difference, lol.

Everything was there and quality is fantastic. 6 sexy little, in a orange dress, Op4n4s. Aye bae bae ! 

Donation sent: 9/21 45minutes before cutoff.

TN: 9/22 1am.

Arrived: 9/22 early morning , so basically less than 24hr turn around. I think I'm in love and my wife would agree! lol JK of course.

Just shows that this place is a real community, not just a forum of people who only care about themselves.
