How hard is it to ask the vendor what the imprint on the pills are? This will clearly end the dispute between whether it's the new or old formula. I believe I recommended this to you earlier...

EX is the same as old version. EX stand for export. They are exported to countries who still allow old version oc. Such as Brazil for example.
