yep, you get a confirmation email pretty quick. The TN doesnt come until pretty late at night, but i think it was ricc who wrote about a service from UPS This is a quote from one of his posts " Go on UPS .com and sign up with My UPS no cost. They will notify you

that you have a delivery heading to your address this happens within minutes from the time the package is scanned" this way you dont have to wait for the vendor to send you one. Alot of times they dont send them out until very late at night (my time)

I got one several weeks ago, but due to the infamous "Shipping Issues," it didn't go out that day and the TN never registered as being picked up.

The next night I received a My Choice notification again, but it was a entirely different TN , and after clicking that link, it showed movement.

So yeah, My Choice can get you your TN earlier than the vendor typically does, however don't automatically assume it has been sent until you can verify UPS has picked it up and given it an Origin Scan.

I agree, ive used quite a few BI's in the past, and this guy always emails me back withing 30 mins of ordering, is always polite, and the product i received was of good quality.

 
This guy uses some wording that is similar to a very reliable vendor from the past ... The guy had a patch of fake tabs go out. He made good on replacing them from what I have read, and I NEVER had any shipping delays etc with him. I will not mention any names in case he is trying to start with a clean slate if you know what I mean..anyway..its one order( a fairly large one) and it was clean and timely

So take that for what its worth...

My package also arrived on time as expected. I'm not a fan of the bubble wrap envelopes, but he does come through :rolleyes:

Hear what your saying, however how often is UPS going to have a continuel problem? I have never had one those incidents that you mentioned since using the service. When you can give your guy the TN right after he e-mails you that you have a TN later, well thats puts a little control at my end. Even before I was using this service, the notion that having a TN seemed to make things alright. Really if you think about it, what does a TN guarantee? That you have a package on the way. Nothing about if it has contents. No matter how reliable, how nice, how quick of a responce your source gives you. No one ever goes 100 for 100

Even when you think your best buds you are still have no clue if he is a she, if 3 places isn't one person. There will be that time when you go from 5 for 5 to 5 for 6. Chances are the first time your avg goes from having a perfect one, you won't get a TN. I guess its like anything else the longer you do it the more you know and see.

 
I think the key is the number of customers the vendor has. I have seen "A" go from being considered 100% to somthing like 80% ,,now "R" at HPRX is having "issues"... some of the ole timers like "H" and "M" have also changed over the last couple of years.

Of ALL the vendors I can say " H " is still one of the most dependable and NO ONE comes close to his packaging. I do like this new guy. or new to me. He sounds experienced so no telling who he really is or who he worked "with"..But for now he is spot on...

When I get fake anything..and the vendor takes a defensive position, I move on...The shipping issues are just part of dealing with the border and the beast...They all are in two categories..Those that have had some hiccups and those who someday will..So as long as the vendor is sending out quality product, I hang in there with them...send me some dry wall.. and your done...

whats worse is when you get a bunk product, they want you to send it back to them. That is very sketchy IMO.

Just so you know, when I mentioned the "Shipping Issues" that I had the problem with, well those were the "Issues" on R's end, not UPS.

Please don't get me wrong - UPS MyChoice is great in that you get a TN, and can verify that TN is coming to your exact address. That is something that just having a regular old TN sent by a vendor late at night does not do. Sure, it has the destination city located on the page, but with My Choice your exact address is verified. And again, you usually get the TN at least 2 or 3 hours (maybe more) before the vendor sends them out. If they do at all.

So yes, it really is a great service.

I've used more vendors than I like to count & communication is exceptional w this outlet, great response time & flexibility ie. method of transfer, quantity, product preferences (if you like a specific brand & they have it, they're happy to oblige).

Keep in mind this is only MY personal experience & it's still early. So, much like a new friend or person you're dating, we're still in the best-foot-forward phase. Regardless of what 'stage' we're in, I'm happy so far. I read tons of posts from you guys when I'm 'shopping' so I wanted to remember to hook you guys up with my 2 cents when I think it might be useful.

It is like a new car if you don't maintain the finish then the shine goes away. I am more then double where you are close to double digits. I like to think that first in last out. I cant help but come to somber conclusion that when things get ireliable after a long period of time. Like good for a few weeks then off the map for one or two and cycle repeats. Usually it have to do with a wolf running a meat market. The successful ones have one thing in common.....No touchy the inventory........When they start Howeling its time to hit the brakes and place your bet on a different table. Chances are they will be back around later. But J has been solid and also polite I know there e-mail addy problems for a minute. A+ customer service which is hell of a lot better then #3 with a bullet

Sign up UPS My Choice and never wait again you will be able send your TN to your supplier thats how much sooner you recieve it plus get notified when package is delivered. Don't even go there with the $40.00 cost. OXY's are how much? this service lasts a year.

BTW I'am over 10/10 with these guys

Got the pack, everything is accounted for and perfect quality.

R has a day delay pretty often. Juan is on his game so far.

 
Back to our boy Juan for another order today. His response time to my emails, flexibility w/transfer details & timeliness w/deliveries (so far) keep him getting my business. Earning a place in my Top 3. We'll see if he can keep it up.

Order Mon 8/13 for overnight. Confirmation email received. I'll follow up on when/if I receive my TN (& yessir I have myups).
