Hi guys, I just wanted to provide an update on J. It's actually terrific news, and I think the old J is back!!

If you want to read my whole saga, start reading this thread from early October onward. Essentially, I placed a couple of orders, got garbage product and a lot of excuses. However, two weeks ago, J contacted me to ask why I wasn't placing any orders with him. He agreed to work something out with me and has come through for me 100%. I have now placed 2 orders with him, and both have gone perfectly. The product is excellent and top quality. And J has been very responsive and seems to be working hard to build back the trust that he lost. I told him that I would provide the board with honest feedback as a favor, and so that is my experience.

I'm still proceeding with caution as only time will tell whether or not J stays on top of the game, but as a long-time fan of J, I'm really glad that he's back.

 
that is very good news. i'll be interested in how things pan out before i jump back to him. i've been using 2 other vendors whom i've been very happy with.    

 
Could you PM me what products did you get from J?  I have been speaking with him as of late also.   Trying to find out some details...

 
Rtgvper19, it's the same product that I referenced earlier in the thread.

I am glad J is back. His shipping charges are more expensive, but he usually throws in enough extra product if you have a good long-term relationship to make everything about the same as other vendors. It's not a bad system...

 
I just got a list from J and there are more items out of stock than available. Man I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but I think he's being pushed out by the competition.

He used to be the best. I would order on a Thursday and the letter would always show up on Friday.

I even had a poster of him up on my wall.

He looks like a cross between Tony Montana and Dirty Harry.

 
Will someone with their $$ taken and no words since from J report back please?  Haven't heard from them since...  I doubt J would just take $$ and not respond.

 
I went to check out the site but it's down. All of these sites are down. Am I missing something???

 
Yes,  read through the threads.   Go back pages from here and keep going back till you see how to contact.

 
Or go to a thread or forum and use the search box. It will narrow down what you are looking for and in this case probably save you 50-100 pages.

 
So I contacted Mr. J and he answered. He promt shipment. Gonna place an order. Hope all goes well. Will report back.

God I hope it goes well. I paid $50.00 for next day shipping. Just sent money gram. Really hate MG, it was confusing and the rep's English was horrible. I prefer WU. J told me to use MG.

We'll be anxiously awaiting your report. Would love it if J can make a comeback. He needs some positive feedback for people to want to use him again.
 
Dude has been around for 2 year's plus,giving great service and he has one issue (a big one, but I don't believe he was trying to rip anyone off), and we cut him off. I think we owe him another chance those 2 plus years of great service must mean something. I used to talked to the dude and had a good relationship with him and I can say he was honestly hurt by the whole situation.

Agreed.   The Vikings issues were problaby not his fault at all.

 
And he definitely need to lower the shipping rate.. esp when he's not shipping every day.

  7. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.

Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
