Went to my local smoke shop on my way to work this morning and they have a new product that is supposed to replace 7-OH. The brand is Easie (easiegrp.com but lots of dead end links) and the product is "Pure Septavex®". I have not been able to find a shred of info about it anywhere besides the vague description on the packaging calling it a "proprietary plant alkaloid they spent 6 months perfecting". There are four servings per crosstop tablet, 1.25 mg per serving, 5 mg per tablet. I reached out to the company this morning asking them for more info, but I have not heard back yet. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen or tried this yet. I did take one tablet about 20 minutes ago but I'm also not at baseline so it will be harder to judge the effects accurately. I waited until I started withdrawing from kratom and then I took one to see if it would give me any relief and somewhat judge the potency based on that. I just think it's very odd there's literally no information about it online anywhere, and I've used multiple search engines. There is an addiction warning underneath the usual FDA disclaimer so hopefully they do SOMETHING. I'll guinea pig and update the thread sometime this weekend when I have a better understanding of the effects. I just hope it's not another alkaloid like pseudoindoxyl (more potent my ass!). That barely ever did anything for me.
