Shipments stuck in ISC NY

I order the same small amounts of Tap from just one vendor from India. Never had an issue before. My latest order has been stuck at the same stage for over 30 days. “Processed through U5PS facility ISC Ny. A reshil has been in that stage for about two weeks. Vendor says my address may have been flagged? I have never had an order confiscated or delayed so I don’t think that is the case. Anyone else seeing these delays? I only ordered 100 pages of the book. Comes in a small package about the size of a 3x5 card.

Dame bro my vendor don't want to start back shipping bc trump I been dead since Jan.
