They are based in Asia. From their site: "Why are your prices so low? Is this a scam?

It's the cost of doing business in Asia which is why the prices are so low."

My antlers are already up. They list Darvocet, but that's been off the market for some time. Also, they take PayPal. PayPal has very strict rules about these sorts of products. If you get caught, you'll be banned from PayPal, and, worse, they have been known to report "unsavory / illegal" transactions to the authorities. Obviously there are ways to get around this, but I wouldn't try it in a million years. PayPal is getting pretty powerful.

$20 for 2 -3 week "first class" mail from China, with no reship policy clearly stated? On top of everything else, I'll take a pass.

Hi, DVZ. Hope you had a nice weekend.  Have to agree with you on the Asia thing.  While the servers show they are based and hosted out of Scottsdale, AZ, The plethora of information on the back door strongly indicates Asia:

"Why are your prices so low? Is this a scam?
It's the cost of doing business in Asia which is why the prices are so low. Asian drug manufacturers are faced with a market and a set of customers who cannot afford to pay US standard prices, as their per capita income are among the lowest in the world. Local government regulations prevent essential drugs from being over-priced. Our efficient sourcing operation further ensures that overheads are kept low resulting in truly competitive pricing. We do not and shall not try to increase our profits by selling you generics produced in non FDA approved facilities. We will however induce you to be a repeat customer with our excellent customer service, quality product and efficient delivery."

"Do your products have a quality control benchmark?
Our suppliers of generic pharmaceuticals are in-fact also the same suppliers of bulk non formulated raw material to branded medicine manufacturers in the U.S. & U.K. So the quality you pay for at a generic drug price is 100% the same that you would pay for in the branded one only you would be paying at least 300% more for the branded product."

AND THE KICKER IS......

What is your shipping and delivery schedule?
2 to 3 weeks max to USA by First Class Air-mail

IF they are based in the US, how can it take 2-3 weeks for them to deliver to the US?

IDK, but I really do not think they are US based as far as distribution.  Might be some dude getting fat-cat rich up on Camelback Mountain but shipping from the Orient, IMHO.  Have a nice afternoon!  S-

Frankly, I wouldn't touch this vendor with a 10 foot pole, and it's really immaterial to me where they are located. My comments were only made for organizational purposes in terms of placing the thread in its proper location. Unless they state specifically that they are in another location, either on their site or via email, then all I have to go on is their registration and server IP. I'll leave it here for the moment, but I do need to move it into one of the geographic sections at some point. We're trying to keep the site well organized by not leaving vendor threads in the General Talk section.

And if you want my personal opinion, this looks like a typical Pakistani site in terms of layout and style. That, or as DGSB said, some guy in Arizona building sites that resemble the typical cheap and dirty online pharmacy site. I'll disagree on one point though, I'd be surprised if said guy in Arizona is actually shipping anything. If so, he's doing it on a drop ship basis with some idiot off of Trade Key, or a similar site. All of this is nothing more than conjecture on my part, so don't take it as fact. Just offering the fruits of my years of experience and observations. Use your own judgment, but please, use extreme caution.

Hello, Mr. bacca.  Just wanted to clarify, I don't think anyone is shipping anything out of AZ regarding this site.  But "the brain" who is "running" the business that may be living in beautiful AZ is likely dealing with someone overseas three times removed.  This is the type of site that good old White Chocolate (kid who was looking for lean) would happily throw away his $$$ on.  IMHO, I agree with you 100% this is a place to be avoided at all costs.  Although, I believe the woman above disagrees with me.  JERRY... JERRY.... JERRY... JERRY.

On a side note, you guys (and gal FG) are doing one hell of a job thus far as mods.  There's some folks who maybe wish they hade been picked and are a little sad / pissed they were not chosen, thus some of the uber-critical nonsense postings.  That crap will die down as folks realize not only how well you guys (and gal FG) are doing but also get an idea of just how difficult it must be to try and moderate a big bunch of people who are in various degrees of altered states sometimes when they are posting.  Anyhow, keep up the awesome job.

Thanks DGSB, I appreciate the kind words of praise. Hell, I have no idea what I'm doing, and have never previously moderated anything. It's definitely a work in progress, and I'm doing the best I can while remaining true to my own personality and style. I know that FG and RH are doing the same, and we appreciate the support. As for anyone who might feel slighted for having not been selected, all I can say is that I didn't ask for the job, and in fact declined it several times before agreeing to give it a go. Point being, I certainly wasn't competing for the role, and more importantly, I don't view it as placing me above anyone else here on DBG. I'm just helping out to make sure things run smoothly, and to help insure our future. I'd like to think, and certainly hope, that anyone who knows me would say that I'm still the same old humble, smart a** walking carpet that I was before accepting the position. Again though, thank you for the words of support.

And I'm with you completely on your assessment of this vendor. In fact, it's not the first time I've seen that IP address or registration information for vendor sites of this look and feel, so I wouldn't be surprised if the brain behind the curtain is someone here in the US that throws these against the wall to see how many White Chocolates stick. I'm not sure the Arizona thing means much, as that's just the mailing address for Domains by Proxy, which as you know is just one of those domain registration privacy services. As for the server IP, it's a dedicated server IP that belongs to a company called Soft Layer. They don't offer the cheap and dirty shared hosting plans, and only do dedicated servers, private clouds and managed hosting environments, so my guess would be that whomever owns this site also owns enough sites to justify the cost of a dedicated or fully managed hosting solution. But hey, I'm just a Wookie, and certainly no tech savant!

Jewy has been the same guy the entire time I have been on this board. There are a handful of us on here that have been "ourselves" from our 1st post. That is why I have stayed on this site. The  ass clowns that show up and think this is topix get their asses handed to them and they scurry off.

Jewy is the same regardless if he is a mod. That's what makes a good mod.

end transmission.

You better stop right now or you'll make a Wookie all teary-eyed and sh*t, LOL! All kidding aside though, the reason I got involved here to begin with, returned, and then accepted the mod role was because there are so many good people here who I know have my back. I'm old school, and to me, that's something worth protecting.

That simple statement means more than half the country realizes.
Thank you good sir, and I did have one additional observation as well. Have you noticed how adding "and sh*t" after any statement makes you sound like a tough guy?! "All teary-eyed and sh*t" from my last post is one example, but it can be applied to almost anything, like "I love duckies, bunnies, fairy princesses AND SH*T!". See, totally changes the tone of the statement. Just a random thought. /default_laugh.png

So a little spear to the chest, little hack on the ankle with the blade in the skates and "ya wanna go .... and shit, eh"?   All right, I'll buy that, lol.

I agree 100%- Love to Jewy!

Down with those "ass clowns"  /default_smile.png

Sorry for causing such a commotion, They are based in India I found them on a b2b site as individual sellers when I contacted them they sent me a link to their website, I have been doing paypal business with a sri lankan shop for a while now and I get a box of assorted herbs with every order as that is what their sister site sells? (Their words not mine) I thought it was a bit to good to be true myself.  I've got another new one in the philipines I guess I should post that in international and let a mod/staff decide yes?

We've beat this thread to death, so I'm not back to pile on, but I do have a quasi-related bit of information to add for your reference pleasure. As you can see at the linked thread below, admin shut this thread down no sooner than it had began, and the admonishment is pretty clear. Anyway, the point of this is that the vendor website that's the topic of the linked thread below is hosted on the same server and IP address as the one we were discussing in this thread. As you'll see, it's the same general format, complete with under market pricing and so forth. I'm sure there are some differences, but frankly, I didn't find it worthy of my time to do a full side by side analysis. Given the IP commonality, and the fact that both are registered through a Directi registrar reseller that's one of the most notorious spam / scam pharmacy website operators on the planet, I think the implication is clear enough without focusing on minutia. This is exactly what I meant when saying that it had the usual and customary Pakistani drywall vendor look and feel. I thought I'd pass this along to illustrate the pattern, and to help enable people to recognize one of these sites when they run into them. A few quick examples if I might. One, if the site has a nice picture of bulk K-mine right out in the open for everyone to see, it's a scam, and two (my personal favorite), if they're offering 90 Watson 10/325's for 200 USD, IT'S A SCAM! It's a jungle out there folks, so be aware, use common sense and don't fall victim to the myth of perpetual hope. As I've said dozens of times, Our Lady of the Bargain Basement Opiates isn't going to answer your prayers this day nor any other.

NOTE: I realize that the vendor subject of this thread is said to be located in India, and admin obviously admonishes the creator of the linked thread above for posting Pakistani vendors. As far as I'm concerned, it isn't relevant where they claim to be located, nor where they claim to "ship orders" from. It's just a smoke screen. A cloud of drywall dust if you will. Both of these sites, among dozens more just like them, are all spam / scam pharmacy sites operated by the same people. If this subject is of interest to you, read the Washington Post article linked below, which provides some information on Directi, aka Public Domain Registry and PrivacyProtect.org, the registrar of these scam pharmacy domains. In fairness to Directi, this article is a bit dated (5 years, given or take), and they have been generally proactive since then of patrolling and deactivating scam pharmacy domains registered through their company. That being said, their seemingly largest client persists to this day.

Realistically there is not that much of a difference between Pakistan and India IMHO, especially when it comes to the quality of the drywall. Have a nice night. S-

No, I think you have a good understanding of things. My post, and the link included, was to a post where admin admonished a member for repeatedly posting new Pakistani pharmacy sites. I had noticed that the subject vendor in this thread had a similar looking website, and was trying to draw a comparison, including the fact that they share a common registrar and IP address. In any event, I believe that the original poster indicated that the subject vendor in this thread was located in India, which in their own words is not the case, per the link you provided. A Pakistani vendor is a Pakistani vendor, and you can generally smell one a mile away.

Oh, and one more thing. Since you've provided this link confirming their Pakistani location, I'll be moving this thread to the blacklist section and requesting that admin lock the thread. Nothing more to see here folks, moving right along.

Nicely done, thank you.
