I have never really had side effects to medication so I'm wondering if that's what this is or maybe something else.

1.) blurred vision when I look at something close up. 2.) metallic taste in my mouth at random times lasting only about 10 seconds.

Those can be side effects, yes. Have you started new meds or changed doses recently? Are you mixing meds you weren't before? How long have you been experiencing it and of course what meds are you taking?

I know this topic is a month old, but does anyone have fluid retention problems with their PEEkays and if so, how do you deal with it, naturally or otherwise? I have tried taking dandelion root extract to help with fluid retention, but I am not convinced about it

Can you be clearer on what you mean by fluid retention? Do you mean having a hard time urinating or do you mean edema aka swelling such as in your lower legs? How old are you because if it is a problem urinating, this side effect gets worse with age.

No problrm urinating, just less, and darker, I know kodeeen can increase fluid retention though. But I don't want to go down a pharmaceutical diuretic route even though I have no serious health concerns with regards to kidney function etc. I was wondering if anyone had tried dandelion root extract perhaps, heard it has diuretic properties. I do love my green/white tea all the same, that's good for a kidney flush. But I do find I gain a good 5-10 pounds whilst on kodeeen. I never noticed this as much on tr@mz.I do generally drink plenty of water too and keep my salt intake reasonable, as well as eat plenty of foods with potassium
