Hi everyone, I just wanted to say hi because I recently joined. I've spent almost all my free time the last 3 days reading and reading and reading. So much information and very happy to have found this forum. I'm almost sad that I didn't discover this place years ago.  

Based on all of your recommendations I've emailed a few vendors for menus and am waiting to hear back. Looking forward to being able to contribute to this community and give back to such a great place. Thanks!

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
