Yea customer service I rate 3, huge communication barrier, for me at least, and if seems we are about 7 days behind them! Huge time zone diff!

Pretty risky, but apparantly 100's of care packages made it to the vets!

I think I'm gonna give them a go and see how it turns out, they seem to respond to my emails, their English isn't the best but as long as they deliver and have quality products I think it's worth a shot I was either gonna try sol or pink but there hasn't been any feedback from anyone one the pink thread recently plus sol has better prices idk I guess we'll see how it goes. I'll keep everone posted as to how this order goes...

@DR650r anything good happening with that new gador source? Feel free to PM me any info you would like to share about the source or how it's going, it would be greatly appreciated! On the other hand has anyone heard back anything about the LL's that certain customers received while ordering from solucionmed? Did he end up contacting anyone who got their packages siezed or is he still giving them the cold shoulder? It's a shame if he is cause the products and prices are rite if they had some kind of a customer service policy I would have been all in on this one but I contacted him 2 or 3 times before I even knew about anyone's packages getting siezed and asked him what their policy was in the case that any of the packages got siezed during shipment and they didn't answer the first 2 emails and in the third they still didn't give me an answer just said that their success rate was around 90% depending on the region and that they hoped I would order... I wanna give them a try but without any sort of protection against getting my order siezed especially coming from that country (from what I've been hearing from friends and reading on various boards the siezure rate on packages coming from this country has been pretty high, a lot higher than it has ever been in the past idk if its the packaging or what) but to say I'm hesitant is an understatement lol! Either I'll get my order or I'll get a few LL's and I'll be beat out of my $$$ again. I just went through this with another vendor and they had a reshipping policy! I can't afford to just keep loosing funds! I do need a solid legit source for gadors and other products from this region so if anyone knows of any other sources please PM with the info, it will be greatly appreciated as always!

I was also reading on that mess of a board Topix and there was a member on there saying that solucionmed is legit ( which I take with a grain of salt coming from anyone on Topix) but he also wrote in his post that if you mention "sandandsun" in your order you will get 15% free goods. Again I haven't asked solucionmed if this is true or not but I thought I would just put it up on here just in case it is and other members are gonna try them out.

Nothing new with this guy huh? I emailed him again and he told me he does not reship siezed packages and that he does not give out the 15% more Meds with the sandandsun code. It's a shame if the guy would just reship or come up with some sort of policy on siezed orders I would have been all over this place but why order from here even though the prices are good when you can order from 2 other places for $70 more and get garenteed delivery? Come on just reship the siezed packages unless you want to be stuck on Topix for ever lol

im made another order very small, told juilo to beef up packing and send out quicker

so we shall see...

@thebrain the other gador source is private so it's referal only hopfully ill be placing the order on monday(hes been having email and other problems)

I'm going ahead and going to take the plunge with this vendor. I know that other members told me to be Leary of this source. So I emailed them and ordered 100alps & 100denvers, I explained to this vendor that I would be posting about this order on this board. I asked that they do their very best on the packaging so that it does not draw unwanted attention from customs and gets through and that it be shipped out as soon as possible and if I receive this order in a timely fashion and the packaging is good that I would report it on this board I also told them that if the packaging is bad or it takes a long time to deliver I would post this as well so basically I'm giving them a second chance. I will post on how the order plays out from this point on and how communication is. I'll keep everyone posted as to how it goes...

So how is this small order you put in goi g for you? I just put a small order in no more than 1 envelope so I guess we will see what happens? I sent you a PM about that other source looks and sounds pretty solid to me do you know anyone that has ordered yet? You can let me know in the PM ... But I only figured its fair that I let everyone on DBG know that solucionmed has been blacklisted on other sites I'm sure some of you have noticed. It for all of you that haven't they were blacklisted for telling a customer that they would reship their seized order / packages and then blowing them off. So I know Dr650r has a small order in and I have just placed an order so depending on how these 2 orders go I think should be the deciding factor in wether or not they get taken out of the email only section and moved to the black list. I told the vendor in an email that I was senior member here and other members listen to what I have to say and this is basically their last chance here as well asthe other 2 boards I belong to. So hopefully they take heed to my warning.
