Soma Problems.

So this is a xpost https://www.drugbuyersguide.net/topic/13076-soma-carisoprodol-wtf/

TL/DR

Been taking Soma on and off for years, I get 0 effects from ProSoma or Pain-O-Soma, but still get full effects from Actavis/Watson brand.

Because Activis/Watson brand is so hard to find now, I was wondering if anyone could recommend an alternative brand?

Thanks everyone!
I hear you @Baddr. I feel the exact same way, the Watson 350’s would provide a lot more relaxation than these 500mg pro-soma or pain-o-soma brands. I don’t think they’re fake by any means as taking 2 I feel mildly chill but 1-1.5 of the Watson’s would provide much more effect even though they’re less mg. Also been looking for a place that has the us or stronger brands. If there’s another place to post this please let me know & thanks very much for any feedback or help. Cheers! :)

I take pian-o-soma maybe 1500mg -2000mg a couple of DHC and a few blues and it really is the holy trinity. It’s by far the best combination for pain relief and muscle relaxation. I just float away......

Here's a secret, but found on wikipedia, I think. If you take an 81mg "Baby Aspirin" 30 minutes before taking any soma, it will activate the enzyme in the Cytochrome P450 system in the liver responsible for converting the carisoprodol into more meprobomate (a mild to moderate barbituate). Passed out so many times until I learned that less is more. It's a great potentiator, but only take one baby aspirin until you find your needed relief. Hope this helps you out.

BTW, been on Percocet for severe Back pain for seven years, used to take Mallinckrodt, but then found Watson at Walgreens. I was taking four a day, but when I started the Watson I found that they worked so well that I only took three per day. Then something happened and I heard they were taken over or not producing anymore years ago, so I went back to Mallinckrodt, which I knew worked, now my insurance is only paying for Rhodes, which is like nothing. But, it keeps withdrawals away. Back pain more not too bad and better than nothing. Told my Doctor this, and he said, "Did you ever consider that Watson" put more active material in their pills so they can get more customers? " He did not know that others put less and some binders and fillings prevent meds from working properly. Actavis I received from Walmart unexpectedly one day instead of Mallinckrodt and had stomach aches as well as them being so weak. That's when I found out there were differences in all generics. Actavis Xanax being stronger than all and hulks being the weekest, IMO. So many more examples. "Alphapharm" from Mexico definitely weaker than Greenstones.

@Baddr Both Activis/Watson are USA manufacturers.  You won't find them or any other USA brand on this website.  You can check out the SY section.  They have different brands you can try from Mexican pharmacies.  I think they are called Somacid.

I get method pharma somas and definitely feel they kick the shit out of the indian brands.

Ive been taking the pain o soma and prosoma brands lately, so I have a bunch of the method pharma

pain o soma 500mgs are best i know of but even one of the indian 500mg ones doesnt feel as strong as a 325mg usa one the pain o soma do work just not as well but if you take around 4 of the 500mg pain o soma you will definitely feel the good old soma effects

I wish I would have read this thread earlier, slowly took 1750mgs tonight and this is a sweet spot. Just wish i took it all at once, instead of over a 4 hour time period lol

  1. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  3. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  4. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  5. aBBazaBBa123 @ aBBazaBBa123: @rockychoc How do I contact you?
  6. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  7. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  8. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  9. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote

  11. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  12. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  15. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  16. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  17. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  18. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  19. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
  20. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is INSANE how doctors treat tax paying hard working people like criminals when they ask for opioids. This world just keeps getting more and more backwards. But thanks to this site to be able to find people to help when no one in the medical world will.
