Subsys vs Fen HCL

Please don't tear me apart I'm new to the op world. I have easy access to Subsys but want to know if it's comparable to administering fent HCL, well, the way you administer HCL. Does anyone have any experience between the two that can speak to how much more potent one is than the other?
