So I have some good news Sunny has a customer support team now. I got the mag that I was supposed to get weeks ago shipped, i was promised an extra item to do some research but that never came so im a little sad about that. So 6/10 until further notice. Sunny will ship your orders tho.
 
Sunny’s back baby! He was my first entry into the wonders of RCs last here. And unfortunately I got the wrong order, and than I got flat out ignored for weeks and I was just wondering what was gonna happen you know you said you were gonna send me this to replaced what was sent wrong with your customer service agent! saying she would be throwing in something extra for you know the damage and the weight and the waste of my time but I think that we are finally coming past that I’ve been talking with Sunny on the side and I really think he’s in it for the long run. I think he’s really taking charge of running his business way for the customers, I look forward to seeing what Sunny can do and anything I could do to help Sunny. I would be happy to do it. He’s been my main man’s beginning. All he has to do is reach out and I will do anything I can to help!k m m
 
I would definitely do a search about that particular vendor. Many people have commented with lots of knowledge and from there if I were you, I would make my next decision based on facts from other members. As always, good luck! 🍀
Their customer service team got back with me and my mag ěthy1flű will be dropped off tonight or tomorrow
I am currently being ghosted by sunny fortunately it was a test order for one bottle but still out near 70$

Unfortunately for me, I lost money that whole week....
My original plan was to spend the few hundred I had saved up over a few weeks to order enough material to last me a few months. I knew he had a rush and was running slow, so I waited until Wednesday then did an express order just before Midnight (ordering just one thing, to test the waters -- I then wasted the rest of my money buying sleeping juice from AG), he did in fact send it out the next day, however USPS screwed me and it took 9 days to deliver. His part was done, despite his backup.

He also tossed in a free bottle of EBrom the last order for the ridiculous express shipping times from the past order. (Which USPS is trying to turn me down on my refund, though I was told by a supervisor by the second day I was 110% eligible for a full refund. Yet their systems immediately rejected the request, so I have to call my local PO.)

He's back on his game!
He's back to normal communication, processing and shipping. Seems to have balance in the "lab".
I placed an order last night after midnight and received an email from him

So that's cool, he prioritized my order. He's ALWAYS made right by me.
Now so long as it doesn't end up stuck at Opa Locka, I should have it Monday-Tues, which would be FANTASTIC. If USPS picked it up today and he really did drop it off "morning", which last time he claimed so, he followed through, then USPS will have it in their possession by now.

I just figured I'd update everybody on the Sunny situation.

Exactly! we know he's in for the long run because it's beyond evident he's VERY well connected. No shortage of materials, ever! and he was the first to drop E-Flualp. Which caused that whole hiccup, but he's really working hard to make right for everyone.

He shipped my order 9am this morning from a late night order. First time in years.
He did so because the last was a train wreck (USPS's end). But Yeah, I too often talk with him and he does take customer support seriously. He expressed deep empathy for those who don't respond to his emails, screw up their address info etc and there's nothing he can do. He really does seem to care for his customers and his reputation.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
