Agree with Pita. tapering is better if you can. I take about 2/3 of that amount and when I don't have it, I get a little edgy that even extra pks can't help. But no nausea, etc. And I get more awake and less irritable NOT having any sewmahhh actually. But in more pain. Its a toss up. Taper if you can
