I've had a 7% bf level at 210 lbs and 6'2 myself after being overweight.

I'd never return to anything other than working out regularly and starting testosterone for beginning to lose weight.

Starting test alone before making great results naturally will be counter productive. Test makes your cardio system weaker, so a fat unfit person is likely to find it harder and to train and give up.

Give it your all. Do sets until the last 8-10th rep can NOT be completed, even if for 1m$. This intensity and good rest does wonders for your growth and fat loss. Make sure your legs end up rubber and you're too weak to lift your house window after working these muscles.

The guys in there 4 hours putting no hard effort are wasting there time completely.

Avoid dnp. It's just not the way. Although it puts you into unnatural cardio 24/7 Even small amounts will make you feel so sick, and you sweat and cum yellow. You'll regret it very fast.

Small doses of tren can be added the 3rd or 4th time around to really push you to a chiseled rock.

But don't start any drugs while obese.

  1. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Hopefully it will just be a good game. Watching TCU’s natty run was about the worst it can get. Please don’t give us another blow out 60 min lol
  2. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: As much as I would like to see Carson Back win a natty after all he’s been through. I just don’t see it
  3. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: The U isn’t stopping that offense or defense. Even if they do manage to some what dumb down that defense. The offense is just way too explosive! Fkin Indiana who would’ve known lol
  4. M @ meepmoopmeep: Wasn’t fun watching Oregon get curb stomped in the first half but Indiana deserved the win more
  5. M @ meepmoopmeep: I think Indiana is going to win the natty
  6. D @ drdrizzy13: wow Indiana looking really really good.
  7. L @ Layne_Cobain: I seriously hope our guy @tiquanunderwood didn’t take a header after that Steelers ravens game and harbaughs firing jr ain’t worth it tiquan sports drive all of us equally mad at times hope you’re chillin 😎
  8. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I’m salty myself, being an Ohio state fan, but Miami is winning by the smallest margin. Indiana going to be hard to beat
  9. M @ meepmoopmeep: I’m salty about the SEC being eliminated but good for Miami. it was a well fought game by both teams
  10. M @ meepmoopmeep: Imagine being a 10 seed barely squeaking into the playoffs becoming a cinderella team
  11. M @ meepmoopmeep: I think they can beat Oregon, but Indiana is too good
  12. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Who thinks Miami stands a chance vs either team (Oregon or Indiana) my bet is Indiana but you never know
  13. S @ sporidicus: delete this though, if it's the wrong place
  14. S @ sporidicus: sorry I don't think I know what this is for. but It's the #4 edition
  15. kemdawg99 @ kemdawg99: @sporidicus reddit maybe? What mag?
  16. Thoth @ Thoth: @sporidicus honestly depends on the mag. Read read read read the forum
  17. Thoth @ Thoth: CFP needs more of an NBA or MLB playoff structure but that would be hard to structure. Divisions inside Leagues
  18. S @ sporidicus: or is there a better place on the forum to ask
  19. M @ meepmoopmeep: agreed
  20. D @ drdrizzy13: Yea it will be tough but I think they might just have enough. I guess we will see what tomorrrow night?
