Wait a minute, this is great news but my stuff still hasn't arrived yet man, what's going on here? This is absolutely ridiculous, and frankly totally unprofessional. I'm not gonna write another (subjectively, well- written and fair and even handed) insanely long post that you just hand wave away, but I did literally make that initial order after hearing a bunch of whiny buyers bitch about not getting their shit, because I was so confident based on your company's reputation that my order would arrive no problem. Even put in the notes a little message describing my many varied international orders that have all arrived without any problem whatsoever, whether from Canada, the NL, China... everywhere. Boy do I feel stupid now, damn. The strike was a good reason to hold off on shipping but nobody has communicated, or certainly not sent me anything yet, and I placed my order in early November!

Please, I spent DELETED and neither my order from Canada, nor even the domestic item (which the item has apparently since run out domestically, unless it was restocked?) has shown up yet. Regardless, I have been super patient, after talking with you weeks ago and first raising the issue, and then at your suggestion I tried emailing thru the website what I was dealing with and hoping it could be nailed down what exactly has happened to mess up my order like this.

Please don't let them screw me over when I literally began my interactions with TGC by trying to go to bat to support you guys against a few people who said stuff hadn't been showing up. I have ID on both my addresses so I should see as soon as even a label is created (assuming that you guys at least track on your end).
Though I've already provided it all, my initials are SR, and my Order # is 13540, placed on Nov 3rd, 2024. I really appreciate any help you can provide me around all this confusion, thank you.

I forgot to say, despite emailing them as you had suggested at least once, I think I followed up a second time perhaps two weeks later when I didn't hear a response, but still they haven't replied. Like I said I have clearly not been nagging you or anyone over this, I've let plenty of time elapse for something to get sorted out. But it has yet to happen, and I'm counting on you to help get some answers and some resolution for me. I really want to be able to say, like I initially intended, "See? TGC has always been reliable, one of the best reputations in the game." I wouldn't have placed such a large initial order if I didn't have faith in you guys like that. Please don't let me down man.

Third, I told you, if you have problem with your order, there is a proper way to contact us regarding to it. I checked your order and 3 items are from Canada. I checked and they shipped (9th of November, but probably the post shipped it only after the strike was over). The 4-mmc shipped to you from USA domestic and as I know it's delivered long time ago.
 
1. Either you some how mixed up or otherwise used an improper address that ensured neither the Canadian nor domestic order would arrive, and therefore due to your mistake should provide me a full reship, with tracking to confirm. OR...

2. You are a liar and represent a den of thieving scammers, who maybe let say, 30-60% of smaller orders go through to maintain a façade of respectability. But the rest you don't ship, and then contrive some bullshit about refusing reships despite every other sign pointing to it being a central element of your operation, and otherwise representing them and the products as your own, collecting money for them even. The are defacto your responsibility, you, TGC, have the obligation to make things right. As of now they are not.

I was about to place an order until I saw the posts about people possibly not getting their orders. I will wait for the favorable resolution of outstanding orders being reported here before purchasing, as I am sure many others are.

Might I suggest at this point to just refund the man to save face and fix things. A loss but cost of doing business. And then investigate your partners and ensure that they are properly shipping the correct product to the correct address to reduce future issues.

I am not going to read your messages. I already asked you do be straight to the point. I do not know what substances are you consuming, please please stop using them immediately. We never scammed anyone. 10 years of operation. And we used to have the best Trustpilot and reviews on the darknet (when we used to sell there). We have hundreds of loyal customers. You do not respect our request, so please do not expect me to put my attention to read your scrolls. The funny part, I really wanted to help you. Even ask them to reship for you, but the way you communicate and disrespect us it's unexpectable. Wishing you all the best.

Nobody forcing you to order. We never scammed anyone. If you will focus on read negative reviews about us, you will found them. If you are focusing to read good reviews about us - you will find them too. When customer do not read our terms, and order, for example, untracked order and do not receive it and complain about us and leave for us a bad review - there is nothing we can do about it. We really prefer those kind of customer not to be our customers. We do not need ungrateful customer. 🙏
 
Okay. NO SCAM here!! FUCK YES. I’m sorry to hear folks who did not receive their untracked orders. These guys are legit and I’m supremely happy about this. Fuckin finally. It’s been tough with stupid fucking bans on some dissos (idgaf opioid isos- not my jam, too hot with current regimes). I hope Chinese chem labs start getting clever about using A.I for isomer design though. The game is getting tougher.

While I've had success with them multiple times, I've also had two times now where my order will go from Pending to Complete to Processed where it sits for days. Both times I then find my order went back to Pending, with a note on the order page that they're out of stock.

That's fine, but how about not letting the order sit with me thinking things are on their way. Also, how can my order go to "Processed" if you're out of stock?

While I did accept a smaller amount of a different item, the whole thing didn't sit well, especially considering it's happened more than once.
 
Thanks a lot friend. You actually received the last ever (probably) stock of 2-Fluoro-2-oxo-PCE. Nothing left in stock anymore.

Because if the order made with partner, we are paying it to our partner then marking it as "processed". Then the partner letting us to know it's out of stock, that's why. We always aware the customer and providing refund / replacement for that case. Just some customer do not checking their email 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
this vendor is legit . yes i had a issue with 1 order that he made made right but before that issue i order a dozen times with no issues at all. All businesses have hiccups that's out of their hands but i salute them for making it right when most vendors would have never care to. ive been dealing with them for years with successful delivers .please give them time they'll get your order delivered .the communication most def can be better at times & a lil pricey but by far the best vendors out now.
 
Do you actually have any 5-MeO-MiPT in stock? Last time I tried to order it, I ended up going through the same "Processing -> Canceled due to no stock" cycle last time I tried ordering.
 
Hello, I’ve been having issues with a recent mag. Order #13882. I placed the order late December anticipating a 3-5 day shipment but it has been over a month and all that is stated on my package is that the shipping label is created but has been sitting for a couple weeks. I’ve tried emailing you but the response times have been inconsistent. You were my first mag from dbg and I know you have a reputation that is fairly high in this community. I really just want to know what’s going on. It’s been awhile but I really would appreciate some sort of refund or replacement with a product that you can guarantee will be delivered. I’m really not trying to be a dick; I know you’re busy but I wish you’d just be more responsive with any resolutions you could think of? :/ -Tito
 
Would love to order a lot of bromonordiazepam but the 500 gram minimum is too high after what happened with my last order. Would love to give you guys another chance if I could get 100-200g
