Sorry, I have some rap playing in the background so I couldn't resist rhyming that.
Post workout pics/methods/and progress. I started working out every day maybe 6 months ago. Before I started working out regularly, I had a flat chest and no real muscles to speak of. I had to flex for you to see them. I will post some before pics once I find good ones, but for now the only topless pics I can find are more recent.
Progress pic #1: Few months ago. Flexing. Notice I have a good core but no lower abs

but my chest is a little smaller because my metabolism is literally way too high.
People ask me all the time where I go to the gym at. I don't! I plan on getting a membership to Gold's gym, but for now all I use for my workout is this:

(This is actually one of the more expensive ones. You'll be able to find one for around $20 USD)
It's enough. You can do arm, chest, and ab workouts. And if you walk a lot like I do, who needs leg workouts? Haha. I still do push-ups, but lifting myself into the air is a lot more fun than pushing myself off the ground. I'm gonna try to add some high-stakes backpacking to my routine also. Best to sharpen the mind and body in many ways!

Later on if this thread actually gets some communication, I'll post my workout methods and what I eat while I'm working out. Not sure if there will be many other active folks on this forum. But here's hoping!
btw I weigh 145 and I can't reach 160 no matter how much I eat. I just keep falling back to 140. My eternal struggle. Women (ironically, the ones with the best thighs!) wish they had my metabolism
