It's made from eye drops, gasoline, and some other shit....100,000 plus users in Russia, and it's made its way to the states. Scary Shit!

 
It's not really flesh eating. You get all bad looking like that from IV abscesses from shooting too much b/c of its short effect life as well as adulterants - it's made made out of simple c0-d33een in a process similar to how one would make mef outta sudafed.

 
This strengthens the argument for heroin assisted treatment . If the effects of this cheap filthy drug mimic heroin why not just give them pharmaceutical grade diamorphine in a monitored environment ,here in the uk they have started trials in Scotland ,Brighton and South London doing just that giving users a safe place with clean needles and drugs that have none of the toxic shite that greedy dealers use to bulk up there product and profits. The results are positive with most abstaining from illegal drug use and almost all the people on the programme committed none of the crime associated with hard drug use.These crocodile addicts are just another casualty of the drug war and it's tragic.
