Liposomal Melatonin is  a melatonin spray product that delivers melatonin that is fast acting and effective to fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. 

 allows you to dose at a lower amount because you'll receive more effects with less of the melatonin ingredient preventing any "hangover" due to excessive dosing. 

With a spray dosed at 1mg of melatonin you are able to choose how much you'd like to ingest without the need to split a pill into multiple pieces. Simply spray as needed. 

 
I have tried melatonin also and feel bad/groggy in the morning. I need something for sleep

 
@EasyMoneySnip3r currently I am taking ambien. But this stuff is sketchy. I've been told about 3 times I was sleep walking. But man does it make me sleep good. The best sleep in 30 some years
