@Drunkensmurf quality matters ... kirkland fish oils do not absorb well because they are so cheep example

but "cheap" isn't always cheap ... why even go with fish oil capsules when you can get omega-3s from flaxseed or chia seed (ground for best result) that are also loaded with fiber for additional health benefits and far less expensive?

I am going to try out a few brands. Hopefully I can find this amazing sleep that normal people have. LOL. Thanks @rootshealer I will definitely keep this in mind. And thanks @EasyMoneySnip3r for starting the thread. I had given up on sleep sups a long time ago.
