Just started today. I weighed 235 when I visited the doctor and he asked if I was okay? Lol...anyways I've actually been physically active doing cardio over the last year just have not watched my food intake at all.

To my understanding this medicine takes awhile to build up and start working.

However I'll provide an update in a month. I weigh 223lbs as of today. I may also consider semaglutidr? However from what I've read TIRZEPATIDE is the best, with the least amount of side effects. Also started TRT. My levels were 135 and 34...I think or relatively close.

It doesn't help I'm an opiate addict and when I'm opiates I love to eat. Opiates also heavily impact your test levels
