I placed an order with Tony on July 31st and have not yet received it. He has not responded to my e-mails in the last few days.

Hes been proactively emailing asking me to place an order.  He claims to have inventory but I'm getting a little suspect.

I had the same experience as above. It took 5 days to get the goods.

thought it was cool being seeked out instead of having to peck myself. Now I think it was a way for the vendor to raise money to fill prior orders then get to mine. 

Again personal opinion. And ironically ended up placing an order a few days later with another. Guess who's showed up first. 

But the other did not have the main thing I wanted. Still got stuff that helped at that time. 

When I did get Ts pack it was all legit and good quality. I just never understood why he sought me out and them took more than twice as long as a stocked vendor would even with a shipping hic up or 2 

Though none of this was the end of the world.. I got good stuff twice over. And wait times are out of their control

but it was stressful in the moment

Just as above several people have mentioned, Tony has  sent me polite informative emails - unsolicited- 4 or 5 times over past 2 months stating that he has good stock of the pk's I have ordered and waited 3 weeks+ for in the not so distant past. I of course assumed that he was mass emailing and I didn't need to bite since I have several other more reliable vendors presently.

im drawing a similar conclusion.  Proactive emails about available inventory from T have resulted in long turn around time...as long as 25 days.  This has happened on three separate occasions so I'm starting to catch on and it does feel it's a tactic for the vendors to collect funds in order to satisfy outstanding orders. T has sent me multiple f/u emails to make sure I'm still interested and when I'm going to send in the funds. Way too much f/u than normal.  So I am feeling the same as you.  So frustrating having deal with this kind of manipulation.  Having a hard Time dealing with Ts games and going to stay away from him for a while. Yes I think that is what most of the previous posts are describing. Take a read at the last two or three pages and I think you will find many others are in the same boat. My experience with him is maddening and ponderous...when Tony is on he's is on, when he is off is impossible to work with as he is rarely honest with what and when he's going to ship. He's never stiffed me but boy has he caused me great agony and frustration.

I was only able to get a short reply but thought I'd at least share that he hasn't gone silent on me. I'm going to start asking about the oldest outstanding orders first and work my way forward.

Thanks 2E, I know you've been kind to take the time out for me.... I hate that it seems we have many other concerned members. Luckily for me this was a recreational order, unlucky that I am out so much money! As I've mentioned before I dropped $60 to P1 over-night the cash donation, included $60 for him to ON back to me AND threw in an extra $20 for his time, (plus the $500+) I figured it would get me on the first train outta town. I was told it would ship Tues last week then silence. Then more silence. Then an email but oh wait it isn't Tony, nope, he's gone dark. Friday night I get the "sorry friend family emergency" bullshit email, "will mail Monday for Tues delv". .... what's today? Oh wait, it's Tuesday.... no package. Asked for a tracking ydday, and silence, emailed again to and nothing. nadda, zip, nobody home.  

I would like to see page 1 of this thread NOTED that problems exist and warn unsuspecting members. The first page review is the page every new members will check.

Mods/Admin - I would insist on changes in his business practice first, if he doesn't comply then certainly blacklist must be considered. Just from the few replies it looks like we are out thousands.

P.S. I am putting a $50 bounty out there... If 2E is able to wrangle this mess and get my order moving I will donate $50 to the board. She is busting her ass and IF we don't get ripped off it will be due to her tenacity.  /default_ph34r.png
