I'm sorry that happened but I'm sure he'll come through for you. I have had three transactions with tony since I joined. I will add them soon. Tired now. Overall. Great vendor, quality product, flexible, pleasant to deal with and patient. I know I'm new here. But I would recommend him. Sorry this is a vague post. I will add to it soon. As far as I can tell is all he really wants is to get the word out that he is on point.

Sigh I feel guilty about leaving such a lame post so here it goes. Switching between email and this forum is a pain in the butt on this phone so this is from memory. 

1st order placed may 2 2 mg pins. Had them in hand the next day. Quality A but I have a high tolerance to these types of meds.

2nd order placed a few days later for 60 vikings and requested samples of generic rits.

Things got a little sketchy with communication around this time and going back in this thread, everyone was having problems. I kept getting "tn tomorrow " etc.then towards the end of the week  (I remember now last Thursday may 14, told me he was out of stock. I replied substitutions area ok too so how about the same dollars amount in blue rocks ". He said they were out two but he was getting vikings that evening. May 15, I received tn, following day I received products  (Saturday ).10 yellows and 50 whites! !! Plus a generous sample of rits. I wrote back and politely asked about the whites and thanked him for the sample. He said the whites are the other top manufacturer. 

I'm guessing that most yellows went to orders more outstanding than mine but 50 out of 60 . everyone is different. And the only opy type thing I've done in years in kratim. So I guess my tolerance is high. 

Anyway on Monday 5/11. I  ordered 30 yellows  (I was) specific ). And 120 generic rits. TN number same day. Product 5/13. I have little experience with rits but they appeared different than the previous samples. Turns out they were brand name. I let him know. He stated something to the effect that I owed him additional  $ for the brand diff. I forwarded him the email in which we confirmed the original order. He saw his error wrote that he was sorry and don't worry about additional  $. Pretty nice. 

Like I said I don't have much experience with rits and am using them recreationally at this point. I take 6 and feed pretty good. I'm male. 170 lb. Probably a little less after the last few days. .lol

I think personally the yellow vikings are good but my tolerance is high due to daily kratim use.

I like tony.he always responds but that one particular week I think many were struggling but it seems he came through for everyone. 

I even wrote him today to ask about an order I want to place tomorrow and he wrote back. I wasn't expecting to hear from him till tomorrow. 

This one will be for dones

All is fine with that, but I sent Tony an email about 4:30 to ask if my package is for sure on the way he said yes. Here's the scary bit no my choice alert and nothing in the system. AWE bite me, it would not be such a big deal except I must hit the sky's tomorrow.

The question has Tony ever been know to use a different delivery service? Also what time does he usually send TN I haven't paid attention in the past,because of notice from carrier. Thanks

Yes he does use a different service and I have had TNS much later than this. Hope that helps keep hope alive.

Just got my order from tony. It is fantastic!

I am definitely now his advocate and plan on being loyal to the man as long as he has what I need .

on 5/15 I paid for my order in the evening. I got my TN last night and it arrived early this morning. I am extremely excited to say the least.

I got 15 BEAUTIFUL baby blue's of the Kay Nine variety. As far as I am concerned they are 1,000,000x better than Team E's, who ripped me off and now won't get back to me.

I also asked if Tony would send me a sample of his xanny. I was expecting one or possibly two. He gave me 10! That is a good guy right there. I have yet to try them but they look good.

This was my first order with Tony and so far I have to say I am extremely happy. I will continue to to business with him and so should you! Just stay away from my favorite stuff /default_cool.png.

I have had the best luck with this guy. I didn't want to rave about him until I was sure that other members were having the same experience as I. Really superior customer service!
