When I got my letter I opened it and it was not what I orderd it was short 20 mil a pill (15) pills, I cried to hard because Iam going to go through a lot of pain. He sent me the wrong pills what I paid for.

Recieved by 6/22, was promised  delivery on Saturday, that's ok stuff happens, I hope Tony can fix this problem. I wrote to him no reponse yet.

on Thursday tony contacted me telling me he had stock of product I was looking for, I explained to him I was out of town for a graduation and would not be able to send money until Monday, and please hold them for me if he could. I did not ask him to send the product without me paying up front, he hit me with a valid tn on Friday evening and delivery was today at 2pm, of course I got his payment sent out today as promised. All i can say is Tony really surprised me and I am grateful for what he did./default_rolleyes.gif

Quality looks great. Not too bad overall, sent money Thursday and received Monday.

Product was Vee fourty eights. I requested another but I won't complain. I do miss Andy though. He used to send extras all the time.

I'm so furious right now. Sent payment last Thursday for Saturday delivery and still no products. I've gotten excuses and promises but no results. Wtf is up? !

i haven't had the best luck lately with T, but he emailed saying had stock of my fav (pop rocks) so I gave him another try  Ordered  n paid very early 6/18 was promised (tho I didn't ask for promise) next day delivery. I Didn't count on it. No show Then promised Saturday, which I said was impt to me, still no show

Received today 6/22 , air saver.  M Boxes. one was smashed to dust but otherwise quality seems okay. IMO he doesn't have too much control over shipping. I think it's the luck of the draw. Hope it works out for you tomorrow and it's not a supply issue.

why are you so "furious"? You DID read the thread before ordering, correct?

if you read the thread you will see that although overnight shipping has been recorded for this vendor, you absolutely cannot count on it...EVER.  Even if he tells you it WILL ship to be received by you overnight.  From reading the thread, it seems pretty obvious to me that Tony does not have any control over the package actually shipping.  He can have HIS end of duties completed in time, but he obviously is unable to fulfill most of his shipping promises.  Still, comparatively and historically, a typical, yet nicer an more caring than many, SY vendor.

Heya Cat. Yes I've read the thread. Furious was probably the wrong word to use. Frustrated more like it. I've been using Tony for a my last few orders and, although not as fast as some, his communication has been great. This last order has been a bit of a mystery to me as to why it took so long. A lot of "my guy didn't make it in time" explanations. Here's the breakdown of my current order:

Ordered 6/18 after cut off time paid for Saturday delivery. 

TN 6/23

Will arrive this morning. 

 
Yes, it sure can be frustrating.  We MUST remember that NO MATTER WHAT TONY SAYS.....he has no control over ship dates.  This is not a single person operation, and these vendors are not clamoring for your business.  They have more than they can handle.  I just hate to see anyone angry or frustrated by this.  Never ever expect the best.....expect the worse and act accordingly.  Keep in mind that ALL. Sy vendors will take your order whether they are out of stock or not.  Even is someone says they have stock, there are so many pending orders at any given time...they could be out of stock and not even know it.  These are not sophisticated operations.  It i such a shame that we are foced to use such vendors for our medicine......

i am not saying Tony is a bad guy.  He obviously is a great guy that cares.....he just is not able to comtrol what happens once his end of the order is complete.

I'm sorry but I have to say that even though cat 100 % spot on, and I have placed around 10 orders with this vendor, and have experienced the same fury, I guarantee to stun all long time audiences with my next review,  even I am stunned by what has transpired thus far. I know it's ot mods, but you will be stunned as well. I won't "give my word " that I  will write it today,  but stay tuned. It's not yet in hand, and I'm busy later on,but "you have my word " on the stunned part. 

Mods if you would be kind enough to not delete this kinda ot post, I can quote it as an intro to my next review. Thanks JB

ok, I been doing business with t a long time, imo and we have had ups and downs. Anyway, after conversation had last week. I said no more. Moved on to another vendor and JB happy. Anyway out of the blue I  hear from him. We let bbygones be bygones. Monday I arrange for an order to be shipped out on Wednesday. Yesterday afternoon I sent a friendly reminder 

he says it will go tomorrow.now the stunning part, I get auto tracking last night.product arrives 1 day early !!!!!! 945 est 

dones- not normal brand he sends I politely let him know, he aplogizes. His menu was non specific regarding this item price still right. Grade b+ and now I know to be specific 

trad rits.  Grade a for what they are

So this is an update, I emailed Tony, he said, Iam so sorry I will overnite the difference tommorow, he asked me if I need anything else so I said yes, I need 10 more,  I sent him the money gram 06/23 he  sent me out today 10:30am overnited, Tony is AWESOME, he is the best like ALex.

 
Was short ordered more , Tony fixed the mistake, new person he said
