So, I've been interested in getting some 2-Frosted-Mini-Almonds to supplement my ADHD Rx, but I've found that all the vendors that carry it are selling powder instead of tabs (and this would be my first time trying it). I'm fine buying the quantity, but I'm not keen to just do a bump when I need some extra focus (plus they probably wouldn't appreciate it in the office).

For anyone with experience: do you like, fill your own caps? Or literally just a little line when it's study time?
 
I like to supplement my Attention issue script with all sorts of magazines like this. In my opinion, you’d be well served looking into “00 Capsules”. More importantly, you’ll want a legit mg scale. Then, so you don’t waste pages of your more stimulating reads, make sure you look into a “guy” named Cap M Quick. Or if you would prefer a cold “robot”, The Capsule Machine will help.

Preloading caps of any kind of mags for the day, the week(s), month.. it saves a lot of time, and money. Honestly, for less than $80, you should be able to get everything you need (for months!)

There seems to be some sort of pattern here; every time stuff gets rocky with shipments, missed deliveries, or a pile of refund requests, it always cycles back around. Honestly, watching this routine play out since 2021 has been wild. Just something to keep in mind when making plans.
