UK vs US drugstore cosmetic brands

Wondering if anyone from the UK can share what drugstore brands of cosmetics are popular, so that I can expand my hunt for long wearing liquid lipsticks, LOL.  I know that generally speaking UK is a bit more $$$ than US but I'm open to that because I've exhausted my options here I think!  I specifically and only am seeking the long wearing liquid lipsticks that DO INDEED come with a top coat moisturizer.  I've found a few online stores where I can buy my favorite, Max Factor Lipfinity, but I"m wondering if there are any comparable brands with the same formulation that DO come with a top coat to moisturize the lip. There are dozens of brands here in the US that have the same formulation, and even better pricing, but they are NOT formulated to accept a top coat so if one is added on, it destroys the longevity of the lipstick....  Thanks so much!
