"Unavailable for this product for INDIA"

So four of my packages that I tracked say "unavailable for this product for INDIA" 

i know for a fact one of those packs made it to my city. I had previously picked up a package and a lady was asking me questions and making me feel uncomfortable. Has anyone had this happen to them? Any advice? What do I expect to happen?

Looks like they are rolling out the dumb UDP tracking, have a couple deals going through with China/companies, might be dropping international RM tracking, doing their usual crazy hijinks. I have now seen the message everywhere, from eBay to etsy, the USPSHelp Twitter. Everyone. Not the best way to roll out an update.

@blackfish, you were correct it seems. Today I received one of my 4 packages that had the message I referred to. One down 3 to go! 

 
Update: I have received 2 of my remaining packages that said "unavailable for this product in India "
