Uncharted Chems

Ok everybody who has emailed me about the status of their order since Tuesday can check their tracking number now and see that it's been updated, from what I saw some tracking number's do show being accepted the following days they were dropped while others are showing they were accepted the 21st so either they did not collect from the box until the 21st or they've had it and just got done with X batch of mail or something else entirely.

There are only a few orders that have not updated and those are orders are all from yesterday so based on the fact that the orders that I said I dropped did indeed show up a little later then expected for whatever reason like I said they would I'm going to take a guess and expect the same thing to happen here. In doing so I'm not going go to be doing of those premature reships I was talking about via email. It really is just U5P5 being slow in getting the job done.

I know some you might say "I've never seen this before" or "This has never happened to me" when it comes to tracking numbers not being scanned immediately but take this instance to see that I do not have control over whether your order is going to be scanned immediately or later and sometimes USP$ is just slow to update, which I also do not control.

You’re spot on U5P$ - their service and reliability has decreased drastically, and they almost never honor lost package claims. I imagine it’s even more frustrating for a vendor than it is for the customer.

There is no doubt about that. I won't speak to much about carriers on here but I to have felt the pain of lost shipments, but knowing how they can be I usually opt to let it go and move on to the next. It's reassuring seeing some other people noticing changes in their mail's speed and posting about it, at least from what I have read in threads and other parts of the internet. Now that the snow's gone and there is not anything that should cause any particular issues *fingers crossed* no unexpected hindrances will arise in the near future.
 
I sent you an email a few hours ago, not trying to pester you but I just had a question about the order format so I can move forward with ordering. In the temp or priv note, do I just put the items I want and total price or do I include shipping info in that as well?

Just letting everybody know that collection time's and delivery time's have gone back to normal and last week was just the exception I'm presuming due to the federal holiday followed by back to back snow days.

I just had a question on whether I put ship info in the initial note or if it’ll be collected after that step. I read and re-read the instructions and never saw it, I wanted to assume it would be after but didn’t want to mess it up and annoy you.
 
It is fairly simple it's much more annoying spelling it out any plainer than it already is but it is not that big of a deal I'll go ahead and paste it here, just start at step 1 and work on down. Oh I haven’t emailed you today, it was last Thursday. Also for the most part I understood the ordering instructions, I’m just unclear on when to send my actual shipping information(name, address, zip). The instructions go from Step 2 - Listing the items and Payment Method Choice to Step 3 and 4 - Confirmation Receipt and Time for order to ship. Unless I’m really this blind/stupid, I don’t see anywhere in the instructions about when/where to send my personal information, and due to the lack of that information I assume it goes in the same temporary link that included the items and the payment method I’ve chosen? But I don’t want to assume because I had another vendor get pissed at me and stopped responding all because I accidentally messed up their order format. It seemed a little irrational IMO, but they seem to work well with most other customers so I’m guessing I caught them on an off day.

My apologies if I’m making it more complicated than it is, I just didn’t want to start the order process and waste your time by sending it all wrong and have a repeat of the experience I had with somebody else.

I've had bad experiences with almost every other person I've dealt with over the years but UNCHARTED is built different lol I've NEVER had a single issue. Thank you for all the hard work. Its appreciated.
 
I've been ordering through uncharted since he first started vending on this site, countless orders, and have never had a single issue. All around 10/10 vendor and would not hesitate to order from him if you are on the fence. There are vendors even a few on this site who once they have your money you have to chase them down to ship your order! Crazy! never had that problem with uncharted though, always on his A game!
 
UC is always 100% solid all around. Quality, punctuality, communication, all 10/10 across the board. 2 orders rec’d in the past few weeks and there was nothing but positive things to say.

Yes I saw your email it mentions making an order in it's subject header so it's going to remain unanswered and i will not be able to be conduct business with that email address due because the rule violation equates to automatic blacklisting
