It is not that I am tired of getting scammed, I am just extremely cautious accepting with new clients. I have a fantastic circle of clients and am always looking for more, but I am not going to do business with everybody because not everybody has common sense or understanding of rules which just leads to hassles later.

Like I said in the previous reply one or two pages ago I am never going to be doing business with you. You sent yet another clear text email yesterday.

Putting "Hey this is my temp message and suppose to be sent to you. Wanted to do a new customer order. You seem the best out there and would love to order." under a temporary link defeats the purpose entirely. And empty flattery gets you nowhere. You can not know I am the best because we have never done business before.

At this point I don't think anyone will be surprised to hear that it was another 11/10 experience across the board, adding to the plethora of glowing reviews already posted here. Uncharted's rep proceeds them, and for good reason: the business really is just that good.

The ordering process is butter smooth, designed perfectly for both sides. It's only my 2nd time ordering and I had no trepidation placing another, as Uncharted replies lightning quick with a cool professionalism that lets you know your money is in good hands.
Speaking of money, there's nowhere I can find these products cheaper, yet the quality is superior to what you might find elsewhere. I also got extra product which is of course always appreciated.
After paying and providing an address my order was shipped ASAP, then tracking was provided, also ASAP. Packaging is A+ again.

I honestly count myself lucky Uncharted is here and that they do business with me. If this reads as over the top, I guarantee it isn't - the customer service is legitimately unparalleled.

Just letting everybody know I have a little less than 90 grams to last until the latest shipment arrives early next week. If by chance stock does gets depleted I will be posting here immediately on the status.

Just letting everybody know that everything went smoothly with picking the latest shipment of O-DSMT yesterday. 20 grams maximum per 2 weeks is going to be the norm going forward as it has been doing a fantastic job keeping stock available but not overstocked, the perfect median.

Haven’t been able leave a review for a while - but I always like to come back & leave my positive experience w Uncharted for newer customers to be able to read (or just out of respect for the business he does!)

So as usual - 10’s across the board! My last 2 orders were a breeze, which is unsurprising. Arrived very quickly, even with some gnarly weather events taking place in my area. Packages came within 3 days of placing order, which is almost always the case, only unless the courier messes things up. Everything was packaged well, no leaks in anything ever, which is also always appreciated! The product quality maintains its 10/10, according to extensive testing that I’ve done, & it’s the product quality I’ve come to expect from Uncharted.
& as I always like to mention, comms is an 11/10; he’s always so quick to respond, & is always there to answer any questions or concerns in any regard that you might have. Especially if you’re new to any of this, I’m sure he would be incredibly helpful to guide you along the way - so long as you read, respect, & maintain the very basic & simple rules laid out for you on the first page of this thread (as well as the site!)

Product Quality: 10/10 ️ More like an 11 really.. Just as good (if not better) than the vendors who charge more, some even double. Excellent quality 0d$mt here!

Communication: 11/10 ️ Uncharteds communication, professionalism, patience, and kindness towards customers is pretty much unmatched. Only a few come close, (in my opinion.)
They're right there with you throughout the whole process, taking the time to update and let you know what's happening every step of the way. It really takes away any anxiety or worries one might have.

Shipping/processing speed: 10/10 ️ Not sure how they do it, but it always gets to me pretty fast, (3-4 days most times) and we don't live next door! I remember ordering sometimes later in the day/evening hours and there will already be a label created the next morning, if not sooner. A+

Would I order again from Uncharted?: Absolutely. About to place another one today! I'm not exaggerating when I say this is probably one of the best RC vendors we have here. I think someone mentioned this before a little ways back and I'd like to 2nd it : Let's Put Uncharted in the Approved section! (please) lol

And thanks a lot but I'd like to be in the "Suggested Vendor" section indefinitely, traffic wise I would think the Approved vendor section doesn't get near as many visitors as the public section but I may be wrong.

Back with another review on another order. Uncharted is truly a 1 of 1, vendors like this can be very hard to come by. Basically if you’re tired of getting scammed, cut/low quality product, or dealing with long shipping/response times then uncharted is definitely gonna be your go to cause they never fail on their part.

My order showed up in only 5 days with extra’s as promised which I appreciate a bunch. Quality of product is top tier as always with a very generous price point (could easily charge double). The response time is on point as well which definitely helps you feel a bit confident and less paranoid especially with the first time order jitters. 10/10 vendor everything is on point.

Thanks a bunch as always uncharted keep doing your thing I wish you a successful journey here and hope you will stick around for a long time to come.

UPDATE:

Just letting everybody know the limit of 20 grams of O-DSMT every two weeks rule is here to stay. Overall it has stabilized business and stock has remained abundant with everybody's needs being fulfilled without premature interruptions in supply has become a reality. I would like to acknowledge and appreciate everybody's understanding besides a minor case or now two and now two week delay's for restocking have become a thing of the past.

Once again - as always - another slam dunk from Uncharted! After countless orders at this point, I don’t expect any less by now

Shipping was super quick, as it always is. It wound up shipping over the weekend, but was here first thing on Monday.
Quality is a 10/10, with extensive research done on it, & it’s nice to know I can always expect that kind of consistency!
& as usual, comms is alwayss an absolute deliiight. Responses are so quick, & everything remains professional & positive. If I ever have a question or concern, it’s addressed pretty immediately & without some random kind of attitude or anything. Even if I’m being a pain in the ass about my local po giving me anxiety! (it was once hahha )
Uncharted is also incredibly generous in additional product. I like leaving reviews for a business that deserves positive remarks in regards to their work ethic, & the additional product is definitely always a plus! Although, I would leave these reviews either way. It’s a nice perk, though!
