A Probation Officer stated at Trial that they didn’t know if the Tests given could tell the Difference between Delta-8 and Delta-9 Metabolites, thereby the Drug Testing was Determined to be a False Positive basically. The Test was found to be a Faulty Test, and both Scientists and the Probation Officer pretty much said the same Thing as each other.
They erred because they are looking for THC-COOH in these Tests, and not Metabolites Specific to Delta-9-THC.
