Unscheduled RCs question

So im wondering how Customs deals with RCs that arent scheduled as illegal when they find them? Do they take them and send LL or do they just send them along since there not considered illegal unless there in pill form for consumption? Not that i personally am having any issues its just a topic ive never came across or seen talked about so it has me wondering.

A large number of RCs that are scheduled in various places and unscheduled will get confiscated in the senders country.  Ive known some people to receive packs that were found by customs, but customs still sent the pack through (rare). And many many people who received LLs.  They dont really have to prove its illegal as its more than obvious you are not a researcher (and cuz their customs and can just seize shit and you can contest it, but no way you would i would think).  If you dont receive an LL its really impossible to know if customs in origin county seized the pack (in which case you will not receive LL) or customs in destination country seized pack and just didnt send LL.

@Shadowclone  Was the tape customs tape or just random tape?  Are you sure it wasn't just packed that way?  Customs will sometimes open packs and re-tape them and send them along, but it will be with green customs tape so its very obvious.  Sometimes they will open your pack, take out the contents, and put in an LL in its place and send that along.

I never encountered a instance where they put a love letter in the original package....   normally they come separate in their own envelope....

That's happened to me twice.   Original envelope, contents removed by cutting the side open (narrow end of envelope) and letter inserted, side taped.

I’m not a fan of the handheld IR spectrometers they now use in North America, Europe, and probably Asia and S. America too can tell them the compound(s) without even. Opening the bag... it’s gonna get harder to send magazines as time goes on.... it’s a damn shame!! My USPS mailman has been my go to guy for all my best dope for like 15 years... I don’t know what I’d do without him...

As a public service, should I post a little tutorial about how non-invasive imaging (esp. spectroscopy) works, and what flummoxes the various modalities?  I already kinda did this with Raman.

I'm not the expert on IR that I am on Raman, but I could probaby put together something useful.  Assistance from anyone with deep experience in IR would also be awesome 🙂

What the hell??? Wow, I can't believe anyone is seriously thinking of using a handheld IR to identify compounds. Is this for real? Is this just for a 'presumptive' ID? And of all the detection methods, why IR and not MS?

It's the future. The states are loosening restrictions and the federal government wants to keep making money off the drug war and sending people to prison, so they are tightening them.

Check out "Raman Spectroscopy". It basically means we're fucked until the states take back the country from the FDA, DEA, and CBP.✊

What we need is a Netherlands in the USA. Washington, Oregon, and Colorado seem to be the best candidates. Just like with legalizing MJ, billions could be made.

  1. st1ckyf1ng4z @ st1ckyf1ng4z: Especially if they’re using mitragynine as the parent alk to make substitutes. I think it will affect plain leaf too at the very least it will not be as available as it’s been.
  2. st1ckyf1ng4z @ st1ckyf1ng4z: @MorfineOrfan @nameofuser11 That’s wild. But basic supply/demand tho, right? In my area all the leaf has been pulled off shelves,
  3. J @ j00ciiez: It sucks they're banning sr17. It seems to be a holy grail for many ppl.
  4. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: To clarify plain leaf kratom is not a part of this ban. Mitragynine might be fine. 7, psuedo,mgm15 and sr1708 are what are on the table to be banned most likely but hopefully just regulated.
  5. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @st1ckyf1ng4z and yes , there are already indole alkoloids with tweaked scaffolding ready to take the place of 7/mgm, all with mitragynine as their parent alkoloid. The game of wack a mole starts the minute 7 is officially banned. Its 2013 K2 all over
  6. st1ckyf1ng4z @ st1ckyf1ng4z: @MorfineOrfan Also, it’s just a matter of time before another alternative pops up on the market anyway….
  7. st1ckyf1ng4z @ st1ckyf1ng4z: @MorfineOrfan I couldn’t agree more, bro. It’s fucked up. I recognize prices will rise, but it will always be available…. Stock up now while you can at least if you’re preferred read is opiates. As an ex-fentanyl addict I won’t ever touch any of that shit again. I remember when I started to see 7oh pop up, I knew it was going to end like this but I can understand getting rid of 7oh/mgm-15/16. With that being said, they should leave plain leaf alone!
  8. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @st1ckyf1ng4z oh trust, i know that, im helping a pretty big vendor transition, to here and dnm , but prices are going to rise bc of risk. But availability is only part of this whole kratom alks situation. We have a serious problem with society. Last year alcohol killed 178,000 people, last year all other drugs combined killed 69,973 Out of those 38,084 were from opiate/opioids and out of those 0 were killed by 7oh. With these numbers we can see the problem with banning 7oh
  9. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: Hell i remember when getting 25g of aphip was like 200$ or so
  10. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: Dude wants $150 for 5g... I told him nahh doggy cmon.
  11. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: Man im tryin to get this one kat to come off that apvp for 75$
  12. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: Cant wait to get the apvp in
  13. token @ token: Afternoon everyone! Hope their day or night has been good!
  14. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: We need to takj bro
  15. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: @RiftChems Hey man PM me
  16. AlHoffman69 @ AlHoffman69: why does tails always act stupid at stupid times
  17. st1ckyf1ng4z @ st1ckyf1ng4z: @MorfineOrfan @nameofuser11 @RiftChems @moai Just because they’re “banning/scheduling” something, doesn’t mean it’s not gonna be available. If you know where to look, it won’t be a problem.
  18. T @ theweedman: hellooo everyone! hola! salut!
  19. MrFuszy @ MrFuszy: Hello yall
  20. AlHoffman69 @ AlHoffman69: back stvthgd
