Ups box and envelopes

I was thinking about getting a ups box for international non signature usps mail from iops. Is there any negatives to this or anything to be concerned about?

 
IHMO I think it is. PO Boxes are all federal property.

I think it is safer if you try a mail boxes etc, or postal annex.
