US to US dropshipping

I am still waiting for resolution on my magazine order. It has been weeks since he communicated directly. The only replies have been via this string. A week ago with “I will get back to you shortly”. Tread very lightly.
 
Do you think he’s just advertising products that he doesn’t have in stock or he’s just swamped with orders because honestly this is my first time using him as a vendor and it’s for stuff I really need
Ask him if it's in stock, how long at will take to actually start shipoing and that stuff like that. Mines just sitting at "label created"
 
Hi , I have read many reviews on here that customers are saying Vic is great and as soon a problem comes up the customer is all over the vendor saying how bad things are then when the vendor says they fixed the problem, the customer is his or hers best friend again. Just funny the way the magazine business works. I read many reviews on this thread and asked Vic a question about something that would benefit himself if things work out so I emailed one last time just to make sure things are cool. I have no reason to think that it won’t work out cause If that was the csse , then my answer I asked would have been no. My answer I received was yes and I have no reason to believe it won’t happen regardless of negative reviews or not. I have to go by the positive reviews and the reviews that people were angry about orders but Vic fixed the problem. That means enough for me that Vic cares enough to fix the issue that happened and that’s enough for me. I will give you my update within the next week as I believe my order was shipped so it should be here next week and im looking forward to it. If the reading material is up to date with good stories then Vic will have a new customer. I hope it all works out for both of us so he will benefit as I will too. 👍👍

The second order with him has been a nightmare, and he won't even answer my emails now. I'm going on 20 days now and have had nothing but excuse after excuse. Failed promise after failed promise.

I've even reached out to the admin to try and get a resolution, but even now he is still not answering my emails or making it right, after promising me he would either refund me or ship the remainder of my order "within 48 hours".

I hate to use the words selective scammer, but that's exactly what it feels like to me. Complete radio silence now.

Again, I hope this doesn't happen to you and you get everything you paid for. Please keep us updated. You sure seem to have a lot of confidence in him, despite the numerous people here saying they're having issues with him. Hope it works out for you.

If you've gotten a TN I'd say the chances are pretty good that you'll end up getting yours. I don't think he ships on the weekend, so you should hopefully see some movement on it tomorrow.

Hopefully I'm not clogging the thread by asking this, (mods please delete if so) but how long have you been waiting to receive yours?

This is the last email that you sent me 6 days ago. You have neither sent me a tracking number or issued me a refund as you promised. I have been incredibly patient with you up until this point, but I want my order or I want a refund, NOW. You are no longer relying to my emails so I am putting it all out here for the whole community to see. Please, do the right thing resolve this today.

I just wanted too know if everything is cool? I don’t like sending a bunch of messages to you about the same thing cause I know you’re busy. Please message me something just so I understand you have sent it and I’m going to receive tracking. When I see you messaging others on here but not my messages that’s what I don’t understand but I’m sure they have priorities over me. Not posting this here to bash you at all Vic but need to explain my situation/frustrations. I sent a donation 8 days ago now, waited the 48 hrs for tracking and nothing, was asked for an additional 24, waited and got a reply up on asking again stating "please give me some time to get you your tracking" so finally got it about a week later and now it's just a "label created, item not in system yet" status. I'm very frustrated as I asked specific questions to avoid this type of thing from happening like if the item was in stock and able to ship right away. Also frustrated since I've been having vics back in this thread cause he's always been on point with me, yeah maybe tracking took an extra day once or twice but he always delivered, and when it was sent, it moved quick. But now I'm starting to feel I'm being played and the next step is going to be a message saying there was some sort of mix up and that wasn't my tn or something that I purposely set out to avoid. Like C'mon Vic I been a loyal custy with you since you came on here. I just want the truth bro
 
Did anybody else get a TN from him that just sat at "label created" and never changed? And I have seen him refund a few people here so maybe no blacklist just yet?

Well i never thought it would happen this way that not receiving tracking when I was told I would last week. Im not trashing Vic at all but like I said before, it only takes 1 email typing 8 or 9 words just to give me the heads up. That’s all im asking from you. Could you please do that for me. Thank you.
 
Reading all of the reviews, many people are pissed. I also end up reading weeks later that he fixed a lot of those F ups so I really don’t know what to believe until I see a tracking number from him. If he send it to me then he told me the truth. If I don’t receive today then I guess these reviews people are saying must be true. Vic , please just send tracking like you said you would and everything will be cool. It’s just a tracking number bud, im sure you can do this. Thanks and maybe you can prove people that they are wrong and your fixing your problems now. 🤟🤟
 
Yeah this almost seems time for the blacklist. His last post was advertising a new mag but now he is MIA.
I hear you bigblueallda. It’s very frustrating when this happens. I have noticed that many vendors on DBG are very good on answering questions or even if you don’t receive magazines, they will refund you or reship your order. I would think 5 just on the top of my head who does that. I won’t say who because i don’t want to play favourites that im trying to make someone look good on here but I’m sure people know who are the ones that do that. When you see V doing this , obviously it’s a problem cause how many chances going through the reviews does a person get. I believe he has used the limit on how many excuses is a person aloud to use. It’s great hearing when they get fixed but the hole is too large to get out of now. Especially going MIA not responding to important messages he needs to answer. Thank god my situation was a little different from others but even receiving a response what I asked and got a yes meant so much to me. It back fired on me but the others who did send funds I can honestly say nothing is worse loosing a few hundred dollars that you probably won’t get back. It didn’t even happen to me like that but the anger and frustration accepting the money and not show anything back just kills me cause I feel he has the money or
books to send so do it. I feel that I have a responsibility getting peoples money back to them and I shouldn’t feel like that but I do.if I had millions of dollars I promise you, I would personally give this money back to who lost at least 200 or more. I just don’t have that kind of money. I have so much anger and I think that’s why it bothers me this much cause I can’t help and that makes me feel worse. Im not looking for a medal or a message from anyone telling me im such a nice person thinking this way. I don’t want that. I want the people who paid to get paid back, nothing else. I just take things too personal and I know i need to let that go but it’s so hard. It’s probably why I have anxiety so bad.

I only mention doing it this other way due to there being a rule against members/vendors advertising or soliciting mags via the Shout Box. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets removed at some point.
