As we all know, the China ban messed up some of the best ket replacements in the game IMO. I’m looking for the next replacement for FXE/2F… and Tilmetamine, NOT Tiletamine (which is technically unscheduled as well but when combined with Zolzazepam, the formulation becomes schedule III) seems to be the next one coming out. Also odd how the others are not scheduled on their own (Tiletamine and Zolzazepam). So I suppose they could be sold as “RCs” but not really unknown as they are well studied and used in veterinary medicine.

But anyways, Tilmetamine is a new ket analogue that gets confused with Tilmetamine and hoping that doesn’t end up in a bunch of injuries from people researching the wrong chemical (took me a while before I realized I was researching a totally different chemical).

BUT ANYWAYS, has anyone tried Tilmetamine??? I’d love to hear reports. More importantly, does anyone know any US to US Tilmetamine vendors?

Thanks friends <3

Auto just added this to his lineup

Careful with this. Haven't tried it yet, but a report on Bluelight from a poster with high disso tolerance made it sound unpleasantly heavy at 20mg IN, with aftereffects for a few days. I plan to give it a try in the next week or two at a much, much lower mg.

Still haven't tried it, but anyone planning to do so should not expect this to be anything like Ket. The side effects sound nasty & long lasting.

From Bluelight:
"I experienced extreme vertigo for ten days, dilated pupils still now 20 days later and shaky hands for two weeks."

"What followed after that was the feeling of an extremely heavy tranquilizer, no CEV still no hole. Was rather discombobulated for the next couple days, did not want to pilot a vehicle. Had some tremors, body shakes.. I also have an incredibly high tolerance. 100mg o-pcm is a functional dose for me."

Again, these quotes are from users on Bluelight, not my experience.

A friend of mine with a very high disso tolly did about 50mg IV and said it felt just felt like ketamine without the euphoria. Said it lasted about 2-3 hours and then had a bit of dizziness/double vision the rest of the night and woke up a little wonky. But felt 100% quickly, within an hour that day. That was a 300mg FXE boofer.

basically described it as just being in a state of dissociation. You can hole if you take enough but you have to take a lot and I think that may be where a lot of the bad side effects could be attributed to, I believe binging it will cause some bad side effects as well. he also mentioned it to be very sedating and you could even fall asleep on the stuff at a high enough dosage. not sure what naive user dosage would be, probs 10x less than what their Ket dose would be.

only real reports i see are good things minus the hand ache, groggy. but as a high tolerance user, blew thru 14 gram fxe in 7-9 days . not feeling right is pretty normal when introducing drugs into your system. some people just have good effect " after glow" with certain things. but heres the one useful ish info i got

"its way more long acting like 3 to 5 times longer and 4x more potent imo, if you have any tolerance i suggest going for 25mg as a start"

to me sounds fkin great.

all the reports coming out on reddit so far aren't particularly encouraging in this aspect either.
mine sharing some of the review u see? got big order and wanted to do more asap but if its not good which kinda find hard to believe ALLL dissos have side effects just ask my bladder. me more worried about that then a baby headache and sleepy.

my b thought you were referring to tiletamine not Tilmetamine
well either way I'll say a lot of people on reddit are reporting vision issues and psychotic symptoms days after coming off single doses of tilmet

I went through 500mg (Tilmetamine) in a few days & I'm happy to report none of serious & persistent side effects I've been reading. Unfortunately it's not very interesting either. It was rather dull, only like Ket in a rather generic disso kind of way. Pushing the mg from 10 to 20 to 50 the first day (always IN, with an allergy test prior) did not change the experience much. The duration was definitely longer than ket. I would only recommend it if you're a "completist" when it comes to dissos or if you don't have access to the better ones (like fxe, ket, 3ho).

  1. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.

  4. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  6. aBBazaBBa123 @ aBBazaBBa123: @rockychoc How do I contact you?
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
