US-US 4F-MPH vendor with fast shipping?

Unfortunately, it's difficult to find a consistent and reliable publisher for that title now because it was banned (somewhat recently, I think over the summer?). Most publishers switched to 4-mêt-emmpee; I know auto carries it if you decide to give it a try.
 
I’ve heavily considered 4F but based off what I could gather I’m not sure if it would be a hard enough read for my level. I’m not sure if I should say names(even though they’re shown in the non-private forum), but in the Suggest a New Vendor section I ordered a different(ODS) subscription from one of the well-praised and it arrived exactly a week after payment. That was with a 2 day delay between payment and ship, and it actually arrived on a holiday. There were no ill feelings about the ship delay, it was mentioned things were moving a bit slow and it was during holiday season. The same person now has 4F tablets in stock, they were out when I ordered.

I’m still pretty new so if I can just say the name I’ll be happy to do so, just don’t want to break any rules or step on any toes. The person in mention was moved to the private verified section, but created another post in the Suggest forum. Their post is locked.

Hopefully nothing has changed with them but I found the interaction smooth and fast all things considered. I’m not currently subscribing to them though because most of their selection isn’t quite a fit for me, and the ones that are I’ve found elsewhere for better price for the quantity.
