US-US vendor

I have to chime in that my experience with Glenn is that he is honest and conscientious. He has written to me, worried that someone didn't include their information and didn't know who he owed, very concerned that the person would not realize why they weren't receiving.

Another time, his supplier was late, and instead of making his customers wait, was prepared to refund all of them. In all my interactions with Glenn, my impression is one of integrity and honesty. Many months of superior reviews supports my opinion.

 
i think my reviews and other posts are clear but just so i make totally sure here - as to my own experience:..... - despite the issue last week with the missing money at no time did i state here (or anywhere) (including in private communications to G) that i thought he took it. in fact, i trusted that he did not and sent another payment same day. we quickly agreed on a slightly revised order, and i got what I ordered (see my review above). he sent me pictures of my envelope with my handwriting so i frankly and honestly have no idea what happened but there's nothing i can do about it except move forward and be happy i got the reorder. will continue to trust in this very good service.

Another successful order with Glenn!  Fantastic communication as we tweaked my order a little.  Glenn made a suggestion that I try something new and said I would be very pleased.  Believe me I am!!!!

Of all the vendors I work with Glenn is hands down the one that I never give a second thought about once my order leaves my hands.  I know I'll receive TN at expected time and receive product back on expected day.  No bunk, and no shortages.....EVER!!!!!  

I also invested in a roll of tape!!!  They sell it at the counter for $3.50.......I never leave home without it!!

please do not send pictures of your shipping labels. i just need the tracking info and the amount sent and the product ordered and your shipping info, and please dont send that information until you have sent the donation.

This is a review for 2 orders. One order was like 2 months ago and was flawless. This week's order was flawless as well. I have had been having some quality (fakes) issues with the of the better SY vendors and even before my order arrived with Dr. Glenn, I knew I would not have to deal with any of that BS. Glenn has always been 100% BS free. No fakes, no "I forgot to send your order", no "I will send you tracking number tonight."...8 nights in a row...no excuses. 

I am lucky I placed an order with Glenn as the SY order I got yesterday was fake blue dog rocks (K9) and this would have been one shitty weekend without any blue goodness. Now that Dr. Glenn's order is here, I have been chewing on rocks my back feels better. My dentist tells me I should not chew on rocks but, Glenn's REAL rocks are pretty tasty.

@glenn Hope you are well, with all these amazing reviews I can't help but contact you. Sounds like you are one who can really help another out who is in need. All I wanted to say was from reading the other members reviews on you I am so happy there are good people like yourself out there :)
