So here I was all happy and tra-la-la on my way to a carrier to ship a package. Self-serve kiosks are everywhere, so's I'll use one of them I says. It'll be easier, I says. And way lots less stress, I says.

Below is an actual screenshot from actual security video recorded at said carrier facility. I came *THIS* close to fisticuffs with that *&$^#% self-serve kiosk mofo, but decided that even with my Hammer of Thor, this god-forsaken machine would prolly still kick my ass.

And yes, the employee of the month was less than helpful as well, slapping papers on mah shiat that didn't belong on mah shiat causing chaos and mayhem and a near catastrophic neurological event of panic for moi, Miss Unhappy Lady of Grrrrrrrrr.

But, fear not, for SUPER GLENN came to the rescue and made it all better.  So, what I'ma hafta do is learn how to, like, sew and shiat and make SuperBatGlennHulkman a hero cape cuz he's most certainly earned it, yes?  You know, a subtle token of gratitude that nobody'll notice; something like a giant glow-in-dark, bright-red, neon-flashing SuperBatGlennHulkman cape.  Because if we're about anything around here, we're about being discrete!

Messaged him 2 days ago about putting in an order, and no response. I'm kind of wigging out because I'm in so much pain and don't want to g to the hospital only to have Ativan thrown at me and told "it's anxiety". Pssh, yeah doc. Anxiety that cripples my back to the point I can't walk.

My suggestion is to send him another message politely asking if he got your original email. It is not like him to not respond with a menu or otherwise answer questions within a reasonable time frame. Assuming your original email asked "normal" pre-order questions I suspect he just didn't see it. He doesn't ignore appropriate messages.

well, as a matter of fact, yes i did; reason being, because first, wmroche, you are an extremely loyal customer, and second, you already had a pending order with me when you decided to add another order, I was just trying to save you an additional shipping fee and save my self the trouble of packing 2 orders. Soo I just added your additional items in with the items you had already requested. I don't want people to get the impression that I do this sort of thing all the time cuz i don't. If i send any orders out before the donation arrives, its most likely because its convenient for me to do so. And Mr wmroche has certainly earned himself a small favor.
